What villains should be in Hulk 3?

If this series is to be on the same level of Spiderman on a franchise level, they need interesting characters/enemies for him to battle. You can only chase someone for so long. He should be accepted as a scientist working under Ross until something happens which needs a Hulk to the save or smash!

I'm not the sort of person who wants an additional Hulk film, but if they had to make one? The Devil Hulk was the most ominous hanging thread of the comic book realm. I would love for a film to do something with him, considering all of the free space the creative team could have to do something we've never seen before.

If Blonsky doesn't die in this one it'd be great to see a reappearance as well.

How bout a cross over where he battles the thing just like the comic? It would be "it's clobberin time" vs "hulk is the strongest one there is." Besides an avengers movie is in the works and iron man and the hulk will be in it. That was discussed.

I think they should take a page from X-men and have Thunderbolt Ross be the main villain throughout the series and have other Hulk villains sort of spread throughout.

Leader definitely! If Emil survived TIH(he better!!) then I could see him teaming up in a sequel. Hell, the Leader could be a shadowy figure behind whatever organization sends Blonsky to spy on Banner's work in the 1st place in TIH. I wonder if we get the Leader, we might get his Super Humanoid as well.
