What villian would work in a stand alone film?

As Magneto is getting his own spin off film from x-men what other villian in the marvel universe should get their film.

My choices would be:
1. Dr. Doom
2. Apocalypse
3. Kingpin

I can't really think of any; Magneto only has potential b/c he's not so much evil as misguided.
Apocalypse I don't wanna see on film at all, & given the overall fan reaction to the cinematic portraylas of Doom & Kingpin, I don't think film projects devoted to them would be a smart move.

I think Colin Farrell's version of Bullseye was pretty damn entertaining and could make for an interesting film if it was approached right.

Rise & Fall of Kingpin. Could be a Superhero version of Godfather or Scarface. Also I thought Master Darque from the Valiant lines was awesome. Could be an awesome film though he has zero popularity now. I think Silent Bob is starring in a movie about the worst villain in Marvel history. Harry Knowles.
