What would have made the Elektra movie better?

Well Jeniffer Garner wasn't a bad choice actually che is very good at fighting and she works her butt off. Kirsten Prout wasn't the best choice. When she was fighting the 4 goys with the bo sticks every time she knocked one down she paused. NO NO NO!!! if that was a real fight she would have been like no stoppin gI'm gonna kick your ass. But nooooooo she had to stop for 10 seconds and then turn around. and she wasn't that fast either. Jennifer Garner was pretty fast though.

The villains sucked and what was up with them turning into ash?

And they were wasted in mere seconds. That tattooed guy all she did was run up to him and twist his neck. Ooh wow he's a real formidable opponent.

They seriously should remake the movie. Make it a hard-R under Miller's direction and writing.

Thats what we we're saying the villians had alot of potential but they didnt cash in. Exactly a Frank Miller Elektra would kickass.

Elektra was a good movie to do. But they hired the wrong script writers and the wrong director and the wrong choreographer. I don't want to see physics. The comics never had physics. They had explosions, building jumping, and all of the above. If they got a guy that wrote like one of the DC movies, cause I don't read DC but I've heard they stay to the script better than Marvel does, and maybe just maybe it would have been better. Jennifer Garner is my only choice cause she was Elektra in Daredevil and none of the other actresses that I have heard people saying "SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ELEKTRA CAUSE BLA BLA BLA" I don't think they do most of their action. JENNIFER GARNER does and she looks good doing it. So why don't the dang Marvel people let one of the guys that did the comics write the movie. I mean they came up with it in the first place.

Well Zak Penn(who wrote the Xmen trilogy) wrote Elektra. Most comicbook writers couldnt write a movie. I agree, Garner is Elektra.

But still they could have read over it and said "Hey this totally sucks!" ofcourse they want a superhero movie of Elektra. and they did kinda follow the redeemer but they didn't have Wolverine, but I don't want him in her movie. I can't remember who but someone said that Elektra had more stunts and it was in New York I think it was you, Darth Elektra... I can't remember.

What do you mean by Elektra had more stunts?

I agree, I think they should have asked Frank Miller to take a look at the story... but Im not sure how good of a relationship Marvel has with Frank.

Well somewhere on here I remember seeing someone say that

1. Kirigi was going to jump into the hospital truck and get Elektra's dead body
2. Elektra was going to kill that one guy that fought mark, and was killed by him in the forest
3. Stone was going to be crushed by a garbage truck or cement truck, one of the 2
4. and something about abby killing Typhoid Mary.

1) Cast someone unknown as Elektra.
2) Get rid of the annoying 12 year old or make her a character I would respect rathe than someone you would sk to be your babysitter.

I agree the annoying 13 year old got a little annoying. She acts like she's all that and she can protect herself from anything... and yet she's always screaming "ELEKTRA, ELEKTRA SAVE ME SAVE ME!!!" She was okay and since I'm younger I can relate to her being a big time treasure, well mostly the martial arts thing, and the fact she's 13. Bothe I can relate to. But yet she really bugs me always thinking, "WELL SINCE I'M THE TREASURE I CAN DO WHATEVER THE HELL I WANT AND I WON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE."

That's why I think adult superheros work and kids don't. Adults and kids can aspire to be superheros because they still feel they have the opportunity to become one. But no one can aspire to be a kid superhero because most people have lost the opportunity.

Catwoman was about Halle Berry trying to save women from using a faulty face cream that causes them to break out Elektra was about her saving a young girl from evil phsyco people!!!! Okay!!!! What annoyed me was that I liked Elektra, the movie was called 'Elektra', I wanted it to be about Elektra!! But in the end this kid was the most important person and getting all the attention.

lol - it's like when Ron started getting more attention that Harry by being keeper and praefect in the last HP book. That annoyed me too.

I understand about Elektra not completly being about her. When I saw DD I thought gosh who is that chick that played Elektra she's awesome. and my mom said "(blank) you've been watching her for the past 3 years *Alias* is her tv show. and I was like "WOW!!!" then I was on a little vacation with a friend and my mom. And when bored and watching TV I saw the Elektra preview and I jumped off the coach and said "YES!" and I was like "Mom I am going to see that movie!" and she said "If it's rated pg-13. and this is when I was younger so now I'm almost older I can see rated R so now I want Elektra to be rated R.

It was going to be Kirigi and Kinkou to jump into the hostpital truck.
Yep... it was a pretty cool scene. They fought over moving cars.
