What would you have changed about the movie?

I'm pretty happy with Volstagg actually. The Warriors III were simply great!
I really wish Kirby were alive to see Them all now.

What would I change...

Less Earth scenes
More Action scenes
Thor would wear his helmet
I would of included Baldar
I also would of included Hela
The fight with the Destroyer would be more epic
When Heimdall burst free from being frozen, I would of made it more powerful looking, knocking the two frost giants that were standing by off the Rainbow bridge.

I would have liked to see "Barton" actually incapacitate Thor with a trick arrow.

When Thor realized he couldn't lift the hammer and sank to the ground, beaten, I was expecting Coulson to give the order to Barton to fire, and it would be like a grappling line arrow to tie him up or a net arrow or something. But it didn't happen. :(

I would have done some kind of character development leading up to Thor's new humbleness at the end, had Thor and Jane go on some kind of adventures/action possibly getting chased by SHIELD for a while while learning about each other and Thor learning to respect Earth, instead of just scenes of mostly stationary talking.

I would not have opened the movie with the Earth scene. Open on Asgard, thrust us into a fantastical world and then juxtapose that with Thor with Earth after the first 20 minutes or so. Audience is fully aware of Earth all ready.

I honestly didnt really have many complaints with the film, but I would have liked The Destroyer fight to be longer, with a bit of slugging out before the triumph and just for the movie in general to be longer because I couldnt get enough!

- More scenes between Jan and Thor. There should've been a scene where she taught him Earth manners.

- Have some scenes take place outdoors in Asgard. Asgard needed to look like it was comprised of more than just a palace.

- Make the Frost Giants a little more likable. I really didn't care that Loki was trying to kill them.

- Have the Earth scenes take place in a city to give the movie and the Desrtoyer battle a more epic feel.

- The Warriors Three could've used more screentime.

Nothing I necessarly would have changed but I would have liked to have seen added

Loki telling Laufey and Thor who he was

I undestand that one of the reason's Loki was looked down upon by Asgardisans was because he uses magic and not brute force fighting. This was not really given much attention in the movie .... It would have been cool to have them have a scene with a young thor learning the ways of the sword prehaps with the warriors three and Odin looking on , then show Loki off to the side or in a different room altogether alone practicing magic. OR have Loki come to them to show a spell and have them kind of react negatively about it making some comment about magic being not a warriors way. That would have made an impact and show how different and often isolated Loki felt.

You may disagree with this and again this is only my opinion .. dont hate me lol
I found it hard to believe that nobody truly saw or care for Loki as he was, in the comics he is married to a women named Sigyn and she loves him and stays with him dispite everything he does but she is a good person. It would have been intersting to have her in a scene or two in the backround not as his wife but somone who really loves him and sees him for who he is, not a full blown romance or anything but just someone who is kind to him. I think it would have made it more tragic to have someone truly mourn Loki as he was before he turns because she really understood how he felt. Again thats my opinion :yay::yay::yay::yay:

Yeah, I'd love it if the Destroyer scene was longer. Also, I wish Lady Sif and the Warriors III would've had more success against the Destroyer, because I think Thor made it as if in terms of power level he's leagues ahead of them. Thor is the best, no doubt, but I don't think these four warriors are weaklings, either.

^Yeah, they didnt really give The Destroyer a challenge, and then Thor comes along and finishes him quite quickly, although I do love the scene, I just wish we had gotten a bit more.

Would have included Balder the Brave

Would have shown more of the relationship between Thor & Sif before he gets sent to Earth. Once Sif got to Earth I kept wondering: "Where are the close ups of Sif jealously glaring at Jane?"

Make the Frost Giants a little more likable. I really didn't care that Loki was trying to kill them.

I really don't see how you could make the Frost Giants more likeable, it's not really in their character.

thor in his helmet. maybe some more storms and lightning. yea probably some more lighting blast. i also would have loved to see thor fly in space. maybe he would have flew after loki but just couldnt find him in the vastness of space. then sank his head as he went home.

More romance between Thor & Jane
The score (This movie's score is completely forgettable)
Longer fight between Thor & Destroyer

Definately :woot:

I would've LOVED to see Thor fly through space, I hope they have a few scenes where he flies through space in the Avengers and Thor 2.

I hope they just do an entire movie of him flying through space.

I would of liked Jotunheim to be a bit more fleshed out, for all I saw it seemed like they didn't reside anywhere, just sort of ran around in the desolation of it all. I'd of liked ice castle and stuff like that. Also the Frost Giants looked too much like a lot of vampires and ghouls I see on t.v. shows... Just the way the makeup is done to pronounce the cheeks, chin and orbital cavities... You guys know what I mean?
Anyways I feel that facial look is done to death.

I would've liked to see Jotunheim more fleshed out as well, but it was still pretty epic in my opinion.

I would have liked a small screen shot of what Jotunheim looked liked BEFORE Odin removed the Casket of Ancient Winters. At least you would get an idea of how it effects their world.

I also didn't care for the subterfuge around Loki being a frost giant. I think it woulda been better if everybody knew already like in the comics.

Now, here me out.

One of the best things about Loki and Thor's relationship is that Thor was pretty much the only person who actually loved Loki. Everybody knew he was the son of Frost Giants. Everybody knew he was destined to start Ragnarok too. And they treated him like s**t for it. It's one of the things I love about Loki's character. He's a dick because everybody treated him like he was one, so he went ahead and became a colossal dick. Playing to type.

Hmm maybe the bolded can still be used in future movies. Everyone now hates Loki for what he has done (and will do) but Thor still loves him.

A bikini pillow fight between Jane, Sif and Darcy.

 And maybe more shots of Thor shirtless. It's not like learning humility has a dress code.

I really don't see how you could make the Frost Giants more likeable, it's not really in their character.

Loki's evil plot shouldnt've revolved around killing them, then.

holy crap after seeing the avengers episode this last weekend, i just realized that is what the box was. it was even called the casket in the movie by loki, lol.
