Turtle.

Charlie the turtle.

I like it.

Totally sweet.

If you ever run it over

with a car any

way.

You can be like,

"Charlie the turtle was so nice,

me and him used to watch the sun rise,

and then I ran him over with my car tire."

It's beautiful.

You can ride a tortoise.
You can glue a turtle inside his shell.
Your call.

but i don't want to do either of those things...

i want to take it down the pub and show it to the pub people:(

Whatever you get, be sure to get a baby.

So if it dies you can still use the shell as a hockey puck.

really??

hmm.....this adds a new spin on things....
Tortoises generally have lifespans comparable with those of human beings, and some individuals are known to have lived longer than 150 years. Because of this, they symbolize longevity in some cultures, such as China. The oldest tortoise ever recorded, indeed the oldest individual animal ever recorded, was Tui Malila, who was presented to the Tongan royal family by the British explorer Captain Cook shortly after its birth in 1777. Tui Malila remained in the care of the Tongan royal family until its death by natural causes on May 19, 1965. This means that upon its death, Tui Malila was 188 years old [1], a figure that gives it the title of oldest Cheloniinae (tortoise or turtle) ever recorded.

Thats from wiki

goddamnit:(

i'd need to leave it to people in my Will if i don't kill it:(

It's the big tortises that live that long. On average, terrapins live for a while.

The big difference is this. Turtles are aquatic carnivores, tortises are terrestrial herbivores.

My advice to you is learn all you can about each (especially the cons, which are the most important) and figure it out yourself. If you don't, it's not fair to you or the animal.

get a tiny turtle they are very cute

You're probably talking about Red-eared Sliders, which grow to be a foot in diameter and live about twenty to thirty years.

Depends on the species.

And don't use Wiki, anyone and their mother can put stuff on there. Find an actual website, you'll probably get better info there.
