Little more than three-quarters of the way into The Hobbit so far. It's more readable than its successor, which I never did finish, and just fantastic. Might just be the kick needed to get me reading the trilogy proper.
If you're looking for a funny read, you should try The Complete Bubby Anthology, by B. P. Draper. The writing style is like that of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - funny, but kind of random.
The Tiger's Wife by Tea Obreht. She was 24 when she wrote it and her writing has a depth and maturity that's lacking in best-selling writers twice (or hell, three times) her age.
I just finished reading Wool Omnibus by Hugh Howey. Freaking FANTASTIC book. I'm not even a fan of Sci-Fi and this could have possibly jumped into my top 10 favorite books list. Definately recommend this to whoever wants to give it a shot.
Slash by Slash and Anthony Bozza
Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock by Sammy Hagar and Joel Selvin
As for what's next I don't know. I might by another rock bio but I also have a book about tube guitar amps that I started reading and didn't finish because I just wasn't in the mood to read that kinda book at the time I got it. Who knows I might finally break down and get A Game of Thrones and start the A Song of Fire and Ice series.
Just finish Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Started to read Star Trek The Next Generation: Dark Mirrors.

I'm finding it really hard to get caught up in a book like I used to. Can't seem to find the time. I want to read, but just can't seem to get as much done as I would like.
