Abarat: Absolute Midnight - Clive Barker

Not the best in the series but still enjoyable. I'm kind of kicking myself in the ass for reading these books since I don't like it when authors create a series that can go on until they die, with the possibility that it will never be finished of course. I have no idea when he's going to finish the fourth book, if he's even started on it yet.

Just when I'm about to get started on reading the books I put on my Kindle that I got as a gift last Christmas...my friend buys me the 5 Game of Throne books so now I have those stacked up. :csad: I have a feeling I won't like them either and I should just stick with the show.

Being Black, Living in the Red by Dalton Conley

American Psycho - Bret Easton Ellis

This is one of those rare cases where I think I like the movie more. The movie pretty much kept the dialogue how it was in the book and shuffled some scenes around in different spots, more importantly it cut out some of the fat from the book. I love horror films and have seen my fair share of gory ones, but this book took the cake. I couldn't believe how graphic it got, didn't necessarily gross me out, but it was definitely disturbing and definitel a one time read.

Halo: Cryptum

I've had this book for at least 10 months and have been reading it a ridiculous slow pace. It's just that boring and uninteresting. Considering that I love the Halo novels, this is disappointing. I've decided to stop reading it for now so I'm going to start something new:

The Hobbit :D

finished up Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini last night for the second time.

John Carter: A Princess of Mars - Edgar Rice Burroughs

The first Twilight book. It was great. I learned stuff about the characters that I never knew from the movies. Like how Bella didn't like Forks at first since she liked sunshine. I also noticed there was stuff in the movie that wasn't in the book, but I like how they added stuff for the movie. I look forward to reading the other books.

Halo: Cryptum

I said I was going to put it down but after learning it has a lot to do with Halo 4, I chose to keep reading. Finally finished it tonight. Got pretty interesting and I'm glad I did finish it.

NOW, I'll read The Hobbit.
