Lana dumping Ziggler and managing a Cesaro/Orton tag team would be cool.

After all these weeks of teasing, I'll be seriously pissed if this DOESN'T end up with Blue Pants returning to back up the Vaudevillains.

Owens owning the crowd right there! He's right too.

Wow, Owens just took a great big s**t on the Orlando crowd. Great heel promo.

- Vince McMahon was recently seen consulting with Paul Heyman about a few WWE creative ideas. This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise as Vince and Triple H have both consulted Heyman for advice at times in recent years.

- Speaking of Vince, he’s reportedly very high on Neville in the same way he was up on Evan Bourne. Vince feels that Neville makes other talents look good in the ring and his flashy, unique move-set makes him marketable for kids. However, it was noted that Vince’s praise for Neville ends there.

Something tells me Lesnar is going over The Undertaker again. It stands to reason that your crossover star wins his match when ESPN is covering the show.

Unfortunately, Vince McMahon still has the final say. I'll be rooting for Rollins and Lesnar, but expecting Cena and Undertaker to go over as usual.

Welcome to the WWE where you don't need to be a wrestling fan to know who's going to win.

Finally watched the G1 final. Tanahashi vs Nakamura is definantly one of the best matches of the year. I wasn't able to watch every match in the tournament, but here are my favorites of what I did see. No particular order.

Kojima vs Ishii
Nakamura vs Ishii
Elgin vs Honma
Shibata vs Styles
Styles vs Ibushi
Tanahashi vs Ibushi
Goto vs Okada
Goto vs Elgin
Elgin vs Ishii
Honma vs Okada
Ishii vs Goto
Nakamura vs Okada
Tanahashi vs Styles
Shibata vs Ibushi
Naito vs Styles
Naito vs Tanahashi
Naito vs Ibushi

Also, can't wait for Tenryu vs Okada in November.

Who should be the next guy to have an actually competitive match with Lesnar(other than the Undertaker or Cena)? And also discounting the aberration where Big Show tossed Lesnar around so bad that he was forced to use a chair to beat him at the Royal Rumble in 2014. That still seems odd to me. Lesnar makes the best guys in the company look weak compared to him, spamming one or two moves like it's WWF War Zone and he can't remember the button combos for anything except the German and snap suplex and his finisher, and then a guy who jobs all the time kicks his ass just because he's really tall and heavy.

I'd be for a Reigns/Lesnar rematch or even a longer rematch with Rollins. That 8 min one was pretty lame.

Undertaker has never beaten Lesnar in a singles match, though, so it wouldn't really be Undertaker going over as usual.

Going by any logic based on their kayfabe history or real life attributes, Undertaker is the underdog.

Not that WWE is known for following any sort of logic.

Minus the Hispanic appeal, those attributes he likes in Neville also apply to Rey Misterio, so I'd be willing to accept Neville seeing the same level of success as Rey in WWE.

Cesaro

He's arguably the best wrestler in the company, and he's one of the few who is strong enough to be able to throw Lesnar around when the time comes.

Yeah, not really surprising at all but as well as he (Vince) damn should considering Heyman sold the s**t out of Vince's PPV the other night. That match is a must watch and they only had 2 weeks of actual live build up for it.

Heyman seems to be in a different place in his life now. He's apparently more content with his role as an on air persona these days. He probably is more than willing to give his thoughts when asked for them but could also probably care less if Vince or Triple H shoot down even his best ideas.

That being said, I would love to hear in the future any or all of what Heyman's input was. I hope he speaks freely on it down the line. The dude is a genius and probably the most valuable resource the WWE have in their back pocket.
