Where Can I Download Some Sound Effects From?

I'm making a short film and need some sound effects. Such as a ticking clock, city sounds and the sound of someone being hit with a large object.

Anyone know where I can download these kind of soundpacks from?

You might want to buy Soundtrack Pro. They have a whole bunch of excellent FX on there. That costs money, though.

download a friend who you can hit with large objects. if he objects, download a new friend who can search for free sound effects on google.
