I thought it was in the first scene with Xavier and Magneto visiting the young Jean Grey. Clairmont was supposed to be in there as well.

Stan Lee was.
He was in the beginning scene with Xavier/Magneto/Young Jean Grey.
When Jean was using her powers and all of the cars, etc. outside were floating, Stan Lee was one of Jean's neighbors. He was watering his plants and the water floated.

He had a really good cameo.
It wasn't a short one, but a very noticable one.

Claremont was in the same scene, he was the guy who's Lanmower floated. he was credited as Lawnmwer Man.

I don't know how you couldn't have Stan. He was on camera for about five seconds devoted solely on him.
