This is the series that started the cameo trend. It was just a blink and you miss it nod to the fans... everyone other series just took it, an ran with it.. and often not in a good way. They're just not needed.

The problem with Stan Lee's cameos is half of them have always ruined the flow of the movies he's had them in.

He worked fine in X-Men, Daredevil, Iron Man movies, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Avengers, and Amazing Spider-Man.

Every other one of them though, horrible and cheesy in a bad way.

It was good in Fantastic Four as well considering he physically couldn't play the character wrong as he is an insert for Stan Lee.

I can't wait to see Stan Lee's cameo in the film! There was a rumour that he would play as the older Apocalypse but I don't believe that.
