Gwen Stacy of course! Although I love the character of MJ more.....I would like to see Gwen as the main love interest with MJ as a secondary character. I'd also like to see Peter's parents in a flashback or something.

Add Eddie Brock to the story! But they could make him a background character, more as Parker's best friend, along with the sequel; in the 3rd, you could, like the original Venom story arc (33#-39#), he finds out about Parker's identity when he swiped the symbiote; being mad, he takes the spare vital of the symbiote, and we focus moreover on Brock, and how he has to eat random people as the uncontrollable Venom, just like the Ultimate Spider-Man game.
