Which film had the best after credit scenes?

So by now just about all of us are staying for the end of the films to see what extra scene will be at the end of the credits. Sometimes they're awesome, sometimes they're funny, and sometimes they're really stupid and kind of a waste of time but they're usually worth the wait. Which is your favorite scene? Marvel has spoiled us rotten and now do a mid credits scene and a end credits scene in their films so I will be including both in the poll.

Either Thanos or Baron Von Strucker.

Although the original Fury scene is still epic as hell.

Most meaningful: IM1. Set the gold standard, obviously.
Most fun: tie between Shawarma (Avengers) and "I Want You Back" (Guardians).
Coolest, most "holy ****!": Thanos.

Thor: The Dark World. It was basically a confirmation of the Infinity Gauntlet storyline!

Avengers. Never in a million years did I expect to see THANOS on the silver screen!

Winter Soldier. It was great to see 3 important characters like that get introduced and it was very chilling as well.

The first Iron Man. I had heard talk about it and just dismissed at as fanboy speculation (like that supposed X3 post credits scene of Cyclops' resurecction). But sure enough there it was and that is when I fell in love with Marvel Studios.

Close call between the first look of Mjölnir and the surprise Fury cameo.
All of them are great tbh, with the exception - obviously - of the TA teaser in TFA. MS is great at doing them

and the introduction of the Maximoffs and Baron in CA: TWS

The after credit scene for Iron Man 2 easily takes the cake for me. Never thought I'd see Thor on the big screen.

Fury's scene after Iron Man probably comes in second. That scene made me go: "Say what???"

But after Iron Man 2, I'm like: "OMG. It's really happening!"

I had to go for the Stark one in TIH.That's when I felt it was all for real.Avengers was happening.You don't just stick RDJ in for a joke.

The shwarma one was probably my favorite of the "funny" ones.

That's one of my favorites too. Even though at that time everyone knew that the original cast would be back, it was just chilling for me to see the original Magneto and Professor X in the airport

Howard the duck tops it as my favorite funny, inconsequential one. Iron man 3s was alright but I was a little underwhelmed.
In terms of which after credits scene I felt was the best, though, has to go to iron man 1. I mean come on, that's what got this whole thing started. After that I'd say the Thanks tease in the avengers, then the thor one in iron man 2.
