Civil War Which hero will die in Civil war?

As someone noted in the merchandise thread, the fact that War Machine is so heavily merchandised for this film makes me think it's even less likely he's gonna die.

Compare it to Quicksilver, who got very little in the way of toys.

War Machine also lends himself to more toys. Armored suit and weapons are easier to sell than "looking fast".

Quicksilver didn't have a flashy outfit either, it was simple jogging garb. Had they given him something more substantial, I'm sure there would have been more Pietro toys.

Whedon killed off a character in both Avengers films, so who's to say the Russos won't fake kill a character again for the 2nd go-around?

They aleeady did it to Fury. Crossbones dhouldve died from TWS . Cap shouldve died from all those gunshots and nearly drowning. But nope. Fake outs. Or near deaths.

I think Cap will certainly die (Though I imagine he'll be brought back for Infinity War) If any other Avenger bites it in this film, it's going to have to be someone close to Cap, like Falcon.

I just hope it's not Scarlet Witch because I'm bias.

The turn around times on movies and comic books are entirely different. Movies take years of writing and planning. They had no idea what Marvel was doing with Civil War II when this film was being made.

Their argument for Rhodey is what I've been saying. If people keep asking for a big, meaningful death, he's the exact character that's unlikely.

What is RDJ's interest on future Marvel Movies? Wasn't he disinterested at one point?

Cause if RDJ is kind of 'done' with Marvel films it would make sense he'd die (which would be a flip flop from the comics). And it would not make sense to keep an actor who might be 'finished' and then off one (Chris Evans) who might want to keep going.

Atlanta is south of South Carolina. Chadwick Bosemen is from South Carolina, grew up in the same county as I did, and went to school 30 minutes away from where I live. Hopefully, while they're filming in Atlanta, I might catch him in Anderson somewhere. One can hope.

That's what Amy Pascal wanted from Ike in those leaked early e-mails (RDJ and Evans) but the only other other time I recall that rumor was when a couple of the sites jumped on RDJ saying they were filming together in Atlanta again and thought that meant Spider-Man and not IW

Hmph. I might just start thinking no one is probably going to die in this movie. Especially Cap, cause he's still, you know, gotta pick Mjolnir and whatnot.

RDJ didn't say summer. He just said "We are going to shoot in Atlanta again, you & I."
