I'll agree on the condition that you are only referring to Fantastic Four and Daredevil, which, while fairly bad (DD more so than FF), had entertaining qualities despite their faults.

With X3 the faults were so huge and so consuming that they overtook and destroyed any potential for good the film had.

FF4 is worse than DD. I sort of liked DD plus if you see the directors cut, you appreciate it more. FF4 just sucks!!!!! I gave it another chance last weekend and I cant seem to like it no matter how much I try.

Sure X3 was flawed. But I just took it as an action movie, and in that sense, I enjoyed it.

Amen to that. I really hate that movie. I cant believe the studio would even release a movie like that.

Mr. Walters, I dont hate you for saying that, but FF4????? Come on, that movie was really bad!!!!!!!! I mean ben going into a machine and turning human, then turning back?? Pfft!!!! The whole Doom, Marco Polo line pfffft. It was really bad. The human torch was the best part of that movie. I love alba, but she was really bad in it.

For some strange reason, Im looking foward to see part 2 though. I wanna see what they cpme up with for silver surfer.

The worst, IMO, is Daredevil

I´ll explain.
Daredevil tried to put 20 years of a character in less than 120 minutes, and, in the end, becames a pale image of what it could have been.
That gets into my nerves everytime i watch the movie, but, if i can forget that, it´s a watchable movie.

I'm coming to this thread late, and I voted for Xmen 3, but the "rushed" feeling of the DD story really doesn't sit well with me. Sure, the director's cut is better, and the film has an excellent cast, but the story just seemed so throw together.

IMHO, unlike both Spiderman flicks, the Daredevil film felt like a snapshot of what Daredevil's life truly is.

Sure, they probably thought they wouldn't have the opportunity to make a second flick to continue his tale.

Well, if they'd bothered to make the audience members who weren't already DD fans care about Matt Murdock, then maybe they would have pulled high enough numbers to warrant a second film.

The more I type the more pissed I get.

Yeah, the Director's cut is better, but Daredevil deserves more than simply an average Director's Cut.

Can someone help me out? I have the regular version of Daredevil. I can't find the director's cut to rent so to see it I have to buy it. If I already own one is it really worth buying another version? Is the director's cut that different?
