i don't like eating pork too much, so i prefer to barbcued beef instead.

any other meats you guys are interested in? have any of you held any Barbque get togethers?

Chicken. Can't fail with it and it's a got a million ways to spice it up and cook it. Whole breasts , scewers , kebabs , sausages etc.

Pork is easy to crew up cause it requires slow cooking and if overcooked it's not so great to eat.
Don't eat beef , although i do like Lamb on a BBQ though.

I dont mind what meat , as long as its got spices

I love barbeque pork. And for me it's simple to cook. Cook it on indirect heat (about 200 degrees) for 20 to 25 hours.

Chicken and all poultry is a ***** to cook, so I don't mess with it.

And barbeque beef has never interested me. I'll stick with roast beef, hamburgers, or steaks

Chicken, mainly because I don't eat beef or pork. :woot:

I despise pigs, it's a shame that they taste so damn good.

Coming from the land that gave the US the "BBQ" I have two things to say

Barbeque for me is digging a hole on the ground and cooking the cow's whole head in it.. really tasty and originated from this lands

Carne asada(lit. grilled meat) however, I pretty much enjoy eating steak, seconded by chicken...

Usually chicken. Not a vegetarian, but I don't eat too much beef or pork.

You forgot fish on the poll. Grilled salmon, man...that **** is no joke.

I'll just say chicken, but I'll eat basically anything barbecued.
