Hells Yeah, Alberta beef is the Shizzy Y'all.

I voted beef, Wethers it's afrozen Hamburger an all beef hot dog or a lovely juicy piece of Alberta Steak...it's gotta be my alberta Beef Baby.

The last thing I grilled was a leg of lamb, which was marinated over night in some fantastic spices and yogurt. I smoked it for a few hours with some Jack Daniel wood chips.

Wow, you're quite the cook!

What's a hotdog made out of? 'Cause those're the best.

If it's on a grill, it's bbq. End of story.

Throwing meat on a grill for a few minutes isn't barbeque. It's grilling.

But it's a waste of time trying to educate hard-headed fools about the differences between simple grilling and spending 25 hours in front of a barbeque pit while a slab of pork ribs is being cooked indirectly over charcoal at 200 degrees

I would eat all 3 anytime. I love the charcoal & smokey flavor of BBQ but I would never go through the trouble in cooking it myself. My family has never owned a grill so we never got a chance to do anything like that, we would usually just get a bottle of BBQ sauce for the meat we were going to fix & cook it in the oven. It was basically no different that boiling it in water on the stove because all the juices of the meat cook out & the sauce wouldn't adhere to the meat that well so the BBQ flavor we were trying to achieve would always turn out tasting weak.

I'm tempted to make a BBQ thread "Propane vs. Wood vs. charcoal."

In the following order:

1. Chicken
2. Fish
3. Pork
4. Beef
5. Lamb
