Pixar

Seriously.....Sony or NewLine. I don't put a lot of faith in WB, despite Batman or Superman. They also made Catwoman.

Sony for sure. After hearing what Raimi said about Sony how they just let him do what he wanted with Spider-Man and stayed outta his way, that's what needs to happen with the X-Men.

Studios I couldn't care less about, but directors... well... I think James Cameron would have been a fine choice to direct an X-Men film.

Fine? Try EXCELLENT. His version would've rocked. David Fincher lost out on the Spiderman gig because he didn't want to do any origin story. I think he would have an interesting take on X-Men.

Quick question, though. Where do the Donners figure into all of this? Would they still retain rights to it even if Fox didn't? Can somebody break down the food chain of command for me?

I've always liked Sony really i think they would have done a good job or Universal as well.

1. Sony, WB, New Line (aren't they a divison of WB?).

2. Any studio that wants to make a great film first and money a close second.

3. Any studio that won't try to do comicbook films on the cheap.

Only Sony.

Warner already has the big DC properties (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash).

I picked Universal. I heard they were a more willing Studio. Sony would be second. They really take great care with Spiderman and not rush it.

I'm really disappoijnted with FOX. They have such good franchises and they screwed them all up. Aliens, Predator, F4, and Xmen. Now while i think the Xfilms were decent to good, they just wans't done on a level that i think could have made them better. FOX is only good for a movie if a powerful director is at the helm.
