You never know, he could have a realisation that he's become too alike the thing he hates most and changes to look less human. I think most of the movie he'll be in the face form but I can still hold onto hope he reverts back.

Its more emotive and you can even see Spader's performance. He does the head tilt he ways does in The Blacklist if anyone watches that show. The pinnochio metaphor becomes more apparent. Ultron evolves to become more human, a direct mirror to pinochio becoming a real boy. Man its very disturbing.
