Okay, this may sound stupid but didn't the main character get frostbite on her index and middle finger (in the comic) and not the ring and pinky? If so why change it up, either way she gets frostbite.

I don't like the new poster at all, but the trailer makes this film look like it will be pretty enjoyable.

I still think the delays/final release date/marketing have been poor for this film. Hopefully it will pick up some traction soon. I want it too do good.

Warner Bros is weird because Whiteout belongs to the same group as Ninja Assassian to a lesser degree, Trick R Treat. Movies that are done but float around for a year with no release dates. And from the looks of it, it's not best on how bad they are because both Ninja and Trick R Treat are supposedly good movies.

Warner Bros. Pictures has provided B-D with a few hi-res stills from their comic book adaptation Whiteout, which stars the beautiful Kate Beckinsale who drops her pleather for a nice winter coat. She plays Carrie Stetko, the lone U.S. Marshal assigned to Antarctica, who is investigating the continent's first murder, which draws her into a shocking mystery. Now, with only three days until winter, Carrie must solve the crime before Antarctica is plunged into darkness and she is stranded with the killer. Wow, from what I see from the trailer, this is quite a departure from the book. While IMO the book wasn't great, it was an interesting thriller. All this guy falling from sky, asteriod crashing, ice falling in and gun battle and giant plane crashing are not from the book at all.
