See, I love Jurgens, and almost anything with his name on it I'll buy (other than his crap "Titans in name only" book.) But if I could have any artist back on Nightwing? Greg F**ing Land. Or George Perez.

Aside from the Cassandra revelation that sucked more than Jenna Jameson on pep pills, is Beechen really all that bad? Personally, I was really enjoying the story up until Cassandra appeared, and his characterization of Tim doesn't seem to be half bad either.

I like Perez AND Land.

Land has something about him....the way how he makes everyone look real, compared to that other guy who was also on Daredevil.
Perez is in a definate caliber....
He totally fleshed Dick and the Titans from regular comic characters to characters that can be interactive. It's as if the reader was part of the story as well.
Also how he drew Dick and Roy without the fish-eye lens. Oh was that another penciller. I'm referring to when Dick/Robin was involved with the Vigilante storyline.

Given that the majority of his first arc was the Cassandra stuff and, beyond just the revelation that she's evil, she was horribly characterized and had motives that were flimsier than hotel toilet paper, I'd say he's pretty bad. I liked his first issue, which set up the first arc's mystery. I kind of liked his second issue, where Tim was investigating the mystery, but even that had some plot holes (like none of the other cops putting 2 and 2 together and realizing that the one straggler "cop" who was still in the building after it was evacuated looked exactly like Robin). Then the next issue came and everything went **** up.

ive enjoyed it so far... i was out of comics for the majority of cass's run as batgirl though, so im not to familiar with it... but im a sheep so im bothered by it because corp and darth are haha
