I hope its only Harry, thats how it went down in the comics. They shouldn't kill off aunt May, there is no point, they should also save Gwen for future sequels.

I don't want them to make the some of the same mistakes as X3 by killing off so many characters when there wasn't much of a point.

Killing off Gwen would serve no purpose. There isn't even enough screentime of her for audiences to begin to like her.
