I think the lizard would be too involved of a story to thrown at this point. Not with everything else.

I put vulture from the poll, just because of the rumors of a vulture costume.

It will most likely (IMO) be a minor villian like the rhino, or the vulture.

And Evil spidey? You mean Venom? The daily bugle always posts headlines the spidey is evil!
