Who else has fought Rhas al Ghul?

I think it's kinda ironic/odd that Batman is concerned mostly with local stuff (Gotham) and Rhas operates on a global scale, yet the two keep running into each other.

So has anyone else in the DCU butted heads with Rhas?

Not counting the Trinity story because that had Bats.

That's the bad thing about it, that you already know who it is. It was awesome when it actually happened, it's still a cool story, though.
