I don't think so. The information I read indicated he was a hero, because "Nobody gets in the Batcave without Bruce wanting them to"

The new Starman as stated by Geoff Johns is a new character; the only thing we know about him is "he is from Opal City" and "he is quite different from previous Starmen".

I'm not saying it is definatly him just throwing out another name. At least Star and Supernova is connected unlike Booster or Gold.

Well the name Supernova has a history with Superman so I can see the connection with Kon-El.
