Who is the most powerful fictional being ever concieved (read restrictions please)

I know some wag will say the Judeo/ Christian God or Allah lets leave these guys or guy out of it.

Off we go and lets have some reasons guys and not just "Q from Star Trek" or "The Beyonder"

Superman. In pre-crisis he could literraly do anything, developing new powers as he sees fit. even now, his only limits seem to be self-imposed "mental blocks" which prevent him from accessing the full scope of his powers.

I dont necceessarily think Q could be the most powerful being, because of the episodes where the continuum strips him of his powers and he becomes a mere mortal. if someone can take your powers away and return them on a whim, then i think you're automatically excluded.

if i had to pick one more, it would probably be "the nothing" from the neverending story. the only reason it stopped was because of bastion's willingness to believe in fantasia as evidenced by his screaming of the childlike empress's name....("what was it by the way if anyone knows?").

Thanos with the Heart of the Universe. He would be the strongest.
With Thanos out of the way, The Living Tribunal. LT would most definitely be the strongest. He has omnipotence, omniscience, and omnipresence.

Eternity would also be a strong being with unlimited cosmic energy and omnipotence, but he is weaker than LT.

The Beyonder is a character from the Marvel Universe that basically restructured the universe to suit himself. He was the cause of the first two Marvel SuperHero Wars (if I remember correctly).
