ok,so ive done some odd things in my life(all of us had, infact most people would think reading comics is odd but thats because there stupid anyways) and no one seems to believe them until i get the rare opp to show them.so heres my rap sheet

blew fire with gas, after awhile my barrier wore off and my head was set ablaze, took quite some time, about three months for it to heal,in that time i couldent speak well since some of the fire went down my throat and burned a fare amount and my face was constanly coverd in yellow goo.

my eating ability rival tk(the asain hot dog eater) and I can topple him, trust me if i could have registerd this year I would have, also,i hold the milk dringking record(it costs 500$ for the book to even review you let alone put it in there) but im not in the books so I always have to show people.my best time-gallon in 41 seconds with a break(within that time i stoped and took a few breaths before finishing)

owned and sold the worlds largest hulk collection(which was stolen at one time) this one always took a trip to the hulk room but since its gone i only have pics and memorys and a few key pieces

stayed up for 9 days-no one believes except a few people who i roomed with, its not heathy and i lost alot of weight but was constanly moving and was always dehydrated,it was in vegas.

now, this isnt anything spectacular, some of it dangerous i guess but in anycase, the average person doesnt believe until they see it,why? is it that hard to believe???

I don't know :(

I believe you. Why not? There's a dog out there who walks on two legs....so if that works, why can't you story work?

I don't believe half the **** I see with my own eyes.

It may not be anything dealing with you (you are untrust worthy), It just might be the person doesn't trust alot of people (was hurt or something of that nature). In this day and age, everyone is a critic and nobody trusts anybody.

You stayed up for 9 ****ing days? What was it like? Did you see things?

If someone tells you there are 1,000,000,000,000,000 stars in the sky, you believe them, but if they say "That's Wet Paint!", you have to touch it to be sure.

Same principle.

The longest I ever stayed up was 3 days, and I felt like I was going to die.

I've done 5, but damn. Near the end, everything was moving in Bullet Time.

Holy ****, that's awesome! :) if you poured yourself a glass of coke or ceral, did it take forever to do it? Since it seemed to be in bullet-time?

Why don't you just stay awake enterthemadness and experience it for yourself? It's fun! man! Not so much bullet-time for me, but you'll get to a point where certain areas of your brain shut down. :) during that period, i'll usually be sitting, doing nothing or smoking, with my eyes WIDE open.

I don't feel like it. Maybe when I get my own place or I movie into a haunted house/apartment.

:) it does sound like fun though. I think I could make it to day 2 or 3...don't think I'd make it that far to see bullet-time. which would be awesome!

Not in that manner, no. More like, I'd look at something from my point of view, and it would literally be like I was walking around it looking at it as I did it.

I tried watching Sesame Street while on this sleep deprivation kick. It ended badly.

:) I love the fact that sleep deprivation usually makes me more energetic.

I've only gone 2 days without sleep. I was a boy scout and we were camping in the woods. Being a troop leader, I had to make sure everyone's safe.

... And I was too scared of the wild animals to fall asleep. :(

Three was my limit as well. I might have gone longer if I hadn't had to sit still on an airplane, but meh. At the 72 hour mark I was pretty wired and out of it.

:doom: that's it, you have convinced me. I must now stay up for at least 3 days before I die. Sounds too cool to pass up.

What's the point of this thread...

Eventually it starts feeling like you're out of body. I'm almooost there.

I've gone six days before but my head was killing me and I'm sure I was seeing things that were not there!

to the thread maker- you remind me of this friend I have who's always saying stuff like this...he also claims his different uncles are everything to everyone (one co-founded microsoft, etc.)...and I'll tell you what I tell him...right, sure, whatever you say...f**kin liar :o

I stayed awake for 30-some hours (I think it was closer to 40) when I was finishing my animation short for a class. I think that's the record for me.

I BELIEVE YOU.............ARE A LYING SACK OF MONKEY S**T. :)

Glad I don't have your problem of skepticsm....

mosty people don't do anything that out there in their life and they think everyone is like them other than people they'll never meet. so if they meet you in their mind you can't possible be the kind of person to do that. also they have presumptions about people who could do things like that that don't fit with their idea of you.

i actually have a theory that it's normal for people to be able to do things like that. we just haven't got many normal people in this world right now. but our ancestors living good lives would be easily capable of doing such. the ultimate in situational adaptiveness.
