Scenario:

You'd be surprised. Rape convictions are very low. I watched a sort of "false" trial with a real jury on TV not long ago (not the celebrity one). And even though the girl had marks on her arms and a mark on her neck, the jury decided not guilty.

I concur. Sex is great and all, but when you have it with the same person, it gets less exciting after like the 100th time. Its not really boring and its still good or whatever, but its nice to add a little more...flavor to it.
