He's spent nearly half a trillion of tax payer dollars and sacrificed thousands of brave soldiers' lives. Why does he care so much about Iraq and not the genocide in Darfur?

Well you thought wrung, Nikka.
Google "PNAC" and read for a spell.

The fact is, when it smells like a llama, looks like a llama, and SOUNDS like a llama,...IT's a LLAMA!:rolleyes:

The plan to allow 9/11 to happen,...as a justification for the return to Iraq (Oil-Town), was under way years before George W. stole the election from the guy that most Americans wanted to be president......(Gore).

Time to wake up and realize,... *gasp*....
Your leaders are E.V.I.L.

That's why they kill untold thousands of innocent people, in the name of "Democracy". ('Cause who in their right mind would ever question "DEMOCRACY"?)

That's why they play stupid while their multi-billionaire chronies are benefitting from the deaths of thousands.

There are Subway sandwich shops and Taco Bells in Iraq.
You can't legally EVER see the reciepts for all of the financial action that's happening there,.........while wonderful, funny, cool dudes are suffering brain damage or having their ***** blown off,.............

..............for WHAT?!?

Because Iraq was instrumental in 9/11????????

NO!

'Cause Iraq had weapons of mass destruction??????????????

NO!

...'cause, despite the fact that Colin Powell totally disagreed, and eventually had to resign......PNAC....wanted something.

What did PNAC want?

The Darfurians never tried to kill papa Bush. Don't mess with a Texan's pappy.

I would've sniped Saddam for one million in cash. Would've saved the tax payers half a trillion dollars.

lol, it would've been funny to watch Julian Lennon putting on a Rambo-esque head band, tucking a foot long knife into his boot and going after the C.I.A. for mind-controlling Mark David Chapman into ending the guy who co-wrote "Strawberry Fields Forever". lol

The question is what's scarier? The fact that powerful people will do anything for more power or that the vast majority of people are dumb enough to buy into basic propoganda?

or....#3....

The American colonists were being oppressed by "Mother England".

So, what did they do?.........they REBELLED.

The "WAR FOR INDEPENDANCE"....1776!....Fourth of July!

Well guess what.
'Cause of subsequent Americans and their lazy desire for security over FREEDOM....

They've allowed the gov't. to grow beyond it's originally intended bounds.

So, NOW, if Americans ever feel that their gov't. is becoming oppressive...
There's not a damn thing they can do about it.

'Cause in the days of the American Revolution, there was a "weaponry plateau".
Meaning that, Both the world's greatest "super-power" and the American colonists BOTH had the same resources......

men
guns
boats

But now...if a majority of Americans ever felt that their gov't. had become too intrusive, or just plain EVIL......

It wouldn't matter if you organized the biggest militia of redneck n'er-do-wells in history.......there is no way that the American populace could ever, ever, EVER fight back against a corrupt gov't.

Pretty much......game over. :)

The freaking army gave a survey to a bunch of grunts to ask them whether or not they'd be willing to turn against American citizens if the order came down from "above".

The majority were willing.

Luckily, the elite know that it's easier to control slaves who don't know that they're slaves....'cause oblivious slaves:

1) Wont see a threat
2) Won't even THINK there's a reason to "escape"...let alone LOOK for an escape.
3) Will obey, since they're content (fat+happy).

It's over, dude.
Only hope is the hereafter.

Edit- Nm, sigh. Wilhelm and the dude who was banned for bashing religion again in a political thing took me completely out of wanting to discuss. Feeling too good, was actually going to try to contribute, but whatever. Reason I say that is because even tho it was lengthy, whats the point of answering a question of the topic if you're just going to get a, "lol, like I'm gonna read all of that...". I was actually probably going a bit closer to what you were going for and not something against what you were saying, but feeling too good from getting back from having fun with friends to worry 'bout it. Carry on, forget I posted this :).

Nm, deleted post because of reason stated above.

I was simply trying to point out that people don't deserve anything more than exploitation and manipulation so why complain about the exploiters and manipulators. They're doing what's logical and somewhat justified.

People would rather watch "Deal or No Deal" reruns rather than write a letter to their congressman about the genocide in Darfur. That's human nature. A holocaust is happening right before our eyes and we only care about our own immediate comforts and conveniences. Nobody really cares.

So maybe that's why the upper class don't really care either. Why should they? People suck.

I'm sure th^t mile-thick chunk of text was meaningful and thought-provoking.

But, no.....go ahead and be mean to posters who might have a different view-point.

I'm not suprised. Most people responsible for histories genocides claim they were just "following orders". History repeats itself time and time again.

"The matrix" is our only reality. There is no "escape".

Yes we're all batteries. My question is, do we deserve any better?

That's not what PNAC (Project New American Century) is. PNAC has nothing to do with oil. It is a R&D fund request from a Military Industrail Complex. And actually if you bother to read it...the famous quote "New Pearl Harbor" when read in context actually says they don't want a "New Pearl Harbor".

Since we had one, that PNAC money went instead to fund a lengthly and costly ground war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Not what they wanted at all.

Do I want PNAC to give are Government money to build a bunch of super weapons, no. But then again, I guess it's rather ironic that never happened.
Time to wake up and realize,... *gasp*....
Your leaders are E.V.I.L.
Is this the part where you compare them to Mousilini, Stalin or Hitler. Spare me. Your going to respond to this aren't you, must mean that secret police force is slacking off when capturing political dissendents.
That's why they kill untold thousands of innocent people, in the name of "Democracy". ('Cause who in their right mind would ever question "DEMOCRACY"?)
No they kill untold innocents because EVERY COUNTRY EVER has killed untold "innocents" in the name of something. Rules of engagement, they've existed forever. Again, not taking any side, but this is no different from the Civil War, Revolution or any other war where we fought for "insert value here".

This war is simply a question of what you value. If you value oil, or deposing dictators who have grudges against your country, you probably like this war. And I know a lot who find value in this war, I think they are crazy, but hey I got my reasons they got theirs.

No one is innocent. You can always find something someway to make someone you don't like guilty. All humans do this. It's just sometimes, like with Hitler (even though at the same time we segregated black people), you get 90% support allong with it.

It's pretty sad to go around pointing out hypocracies in things, in fact it's intellectually lazy. Anyone can find hypocracies in anything, not a lot can find solutions or attempt to find the good that comes from things. You don't like paying taxes, but you also don't want to give up services your Government provides. Are you E.V.I.L.:whatever: , because that's hypocritical.

Inherently any Government decisions has advantaged parties and disadvantaged parties. Right now 70% of America feels they fall into the latter, and Bush is going to recieve a big hit for this.
That's why they play stupid while their multi-billionaire chronies are benefitting from the deaths of thousands.
Actually, no, they benefit from the tax cuts. Billionaire cronies could care less about some war they enevitably have to fund. Billionaire's always want the cheapest and easiest way to solve a problem. Deposing a dictator is not that.

Billionaire's benefit from Bush a lot, they don't from John Kerry and Ted Kennedy (not sure if you've ever been to Massachusetts..or Taxachusetts) and several other states as well.

Turn the clock back 30 years and it was unions who controlled the Government. Turn it back further it was the liberal-progressive New Deal Coalition, turn it back further it was monopolies, turn it back further it was white plantation owners.

However, envitably the Government disenfranchises these groups and a new group emerges as the pluralist majority. Some people claim minority groups (such as African Americans and Hispanics) will replace Corporations in the coming decade as the single group with the most sway.

This is and has always been the case. If you don't like it, I'd suggest moving somewhere with a parliamentary system. However, here, that will happen always and forever. The group with the most money or the biggest voting block puts people into office.

However if you want a good source to look to, maybe check our voter turnout, it's abissmal. 139th in the world. And that is not because politicians are EVIL.

They did not take over Iraq to put in fast food. Fast food can put in business regardless of whether the United States takes it over or not. Those business are no longer bounded by US soil, quiet to the countrary they tend to move out of our country to avoid are harsh tax laws and minimum wages.

What did PNAC want?
R&D funds for the military, as I said that money was diverted to pay for Iraq.

Why does Bush care so much about Iraq. Look at his freaking cabinet. Cheney, Rumsfeld all had plans drawn against Iraq that never saw the light of day (or were never seen through). Bush wanted Iraq, because his father too never saw that war through. Bush was tired of paying Saddam for oil, so was Cheney. Bingo war. No PNAC, no vast Government conspiracy. Just people with their heads up their asses.

If the Government really was so vast and conspiracy filled as you claim, why cannot politicians come together and agree on a freaking transportation and road renewal bill, or a bill on immigration or of gay marriage. Dictatorships and evil Governments get things accomplished because they aren't afraid to step on many people to get what they want. And the don't have sub 30% approval ratings.

LOL, this is one of these things where, if I cared enough to pull up facts from resources that would leave you in a maze,....I could.
But, really, what's the point?

I could show you video tape of Billy Clinton and George Sr. devouring a baby and you'd just write a treatise on how it could've been CGI.

There's no debate here.

You don't believe in the old maxim, "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely."
And ***bOiNg***.......I DO.

Enjoy your life in Narnia/Oz/Middle-Earth.....whichever fantasy world you choose to occupy.
I don't even care if you're so wasted that you think the word "our" is interchangeable with the word "are".

Your "take" on P.N.A.C. is pretty much proof that you only read what you want to read.

Let me run it by you again....

CHENEY, ROVE, WOLFOWITZ, RUMSFELD........

and,...then!, a...

1) charismatic leader?

2) economic mastermind?

3) ex-drunk/ex-coke-head who failed 6th grade English and killed every single Texan convict except the ONE who was most renowned for his unspeakable, sexually-charged crimes.

4) son of the prior head of the CIA, who was enjoying dinner with the father of the "lone gun man" who shot the president of the United States,.....whose death would've meant the advancement of the ex head of the CIA.......who went on to take the reigns. ( I...seriously can't believe liberals with minds refuse to see all of these DOTS once they're connected, :( )

Seriously, if you didn't see "Hacking Democracy", then, :(......I really have nothing to say to you unless you want to restrict it to horror movies and comicbooks.......'cause you have a super. phenomenal. functional BRAIN....
But you're wasting it on mainstream pablum and naive "WELL, Nobody would ever do THAT!!!" indoctrination when you should, at the VERY least, be scoping out the work......(I mean at the VERY least) of

Bill Moyers, David Brancaccio, Jim Lehrer, and all of the contributors to the books:

1-18.jpg

2-5.jpg

3-6.jpg

Those three books are not some pseudo-religious bologna!
In fact, the reason that this world is so effed up is that only a tenth of the people you meet would ever sport the stamina to DIG through those three books, 'cause they're full of documented statistics and, on the face of them, VERY boring ideas about the complexity of global interaction and the inevitability of criminal intrigue within the gov't., essays that dare to look at issues that they shy away from on "The View" and "Conan O'Brien", and tons of names, numbers, dates, and incriminating s*** that,........I'm sorry, I can't begin to store in my head.

God damn it, I swear, if this was Nazi Germany, but they had the internet, I'd be the guy making an ass of himself trying to alert you to the fact that there were camps where Jews where enslaved, raped and experimented upon, and you'd be telling me that I'm crazy to suggest such things,...'cause NO one in their right MINDS would EVER be so transparently "evil".

Jesus. :csad:
