Man that looks good:wow:

That's pretty kickass. He's an awesome pick-up for Marvel. His Thor Variant for Civil War was a thing of beauty.

Ed McGuiness is by far my favorite, anything he draws is perfect.

Are these images for the Incredible Hulk?

Isnt he gonna be illustrating parts of Ultimate Power?

I admit he's good but he's a bit too cartoonish for my tastes. He wouldn't be suited for a real dark, serious story. Can you just imagine Ed McGuiness doing Identity Crisis?

He wouldnt be on a title like that.

Its a back up to Wolverine and I dont think so.

Those images are supposed to be Hulk and Wolverine's first encounter, right?

I think if you got the right colorist, he could do a dark story.

His Superman is the best, I dont think anybody draws a better Superman. When I think of Superman, thats the Superman I think of.

I would've preferred him on Mighty Avengers, but Cho is really good too. Besides he is gonna be illustrating Ultimate 4, so thats cool.

Limited? Perhaps, though I can see a lot of artists not work on a title like Identity Crisis and it wouldnt work. Seriously, who knew Rags wouldve hit that one out of the park? I cant really see Dodson or Ramos on IC, does that make them limited? No, its just another style, and styles suit certain titles.

I believe so, or a re-encounter.

I dont think its a re-encounter, look at Wolverines mask, around the mouth, those 3 lines, thats how he looked in Incredible Hulk 180-181.

McGuiness. I hate him. His art is so cartoony. People will love McGuiness but hate on Joe Mad. It's ridiculous. His art has the same overdone proportions, and cartoony look that most people point out as bad in other artists.

I almost think he is one of those people it becomes popular to like so everyone automatically likes him like Dan Slott.

Cant the same be said vice-versa?

No offense, but thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard. People like him because he does cartoony art, were not looking for realistic details from him. Unlike Liefeld who tries to draw relaistically and fails miserably at it. At least McGuiness proportions are even and one oversized arm is not longer than the other one.

What do you mean, neither Joe Mad or Ed McGuiness are artists I like.

I didnt get that impression from you. My bad.

I like Eddie Mac and Jou Mad, but like I've said millions of times before, I like cartoony art. Overdone proportions goes hand and hand with cartoony art.

Totally agree 100%

Its all opinion anyway, but seriously thats like saying people only read All Star Superman because its the cool thing to do.

McGuiness and Mad..................But can you imagine Bryan Hitch doing Identity Crisis?
