I don't get it. We only have a release date, and everyone is talking in spoiler section. What are those spoilers that people are talking about? Shouldn't the general discussion be here? If this continues, only way to talk about the film is going to spoiler section that some day will have annoying spoilers.

The spoiler section has always generated more posts than the non spoiler sections. Atleast it did with SM3, I wasn't around here for SM1 and 2.

Probably because there's more freedom to talk over in that section of the boards :).

Give it time.

I spoiled myself with Spider-Man 3 and was disappointed. I'll probably be back here in late 2010.

Nobody cares about the Non-Spoiler section

I'd like to know that myself. I'm not even sure why there is a spoiler section at this point, since nobody knows anything.

Because there are two threads in this section and one of them is this one.

I think what SHH needs to do is put the non spoiler section up closer to the release date... like six months prior. Maybe move some threads without spoiler content into the non spoiler thread. Keep box office threads in the non spoilers section like what was done with TDK. Or put up the non-spoiler section earlier only if there is a script leak or something like that. It's just tough putting character threads and new reports/developments in a non-spoiler section because spoilers usually coincide with them. But there are definitely threads that can go into non-spoilers... fan manips, fan art, fan trailers, or trailers/TV spots for that matter. Just keep the talk on fan reactions and preferences rather than fan speculation and inferences, which usually go hand in hand with spoiler content.

Its simple: Some people want to be spoiled and other dont. We have to have both or people will complain. It cant be helped if most people want to know every little detail or at least have pointless speculation, which could be considered spoilers.

I like being spoiled. I can't help it.

I like knowing things beforehand. Then when the movie comes out I can compare if it actually measured up to what I had in my mind.
