Actually, not as bad as it used to be. Just a bunch of bored, washed up anti-SR posters that can find nothing else to do with their time other than make stupid unfunny manips and share them with one another. While the other anti-SR posters get off the boards and go into other areas of the site. These posters remained behind and lurk, and thus are bored to death- enough to make crazy stupid manips and share as though they are being clever.

No offense to all you anti-SR crazy manipers I've just maybe offended.

Why can't you accept that there are people who hate this movie and are voicing their opinions? Just because it is different from yours does not mean it is *****.

woah, woah, i don't think there's a need to trash bluetights.net. they did nothing to bring about such wrath. i didn't hate the movie, i was just severely disappointed - there is a difference.

and, yeah, that whole this place is **** thing....*sigh* i've heard that argument before on other parts of SHH. and, for me personally, SHH has never been this small, happy-go-lucky, everyone-got-along place. ever since i signed up the place was either slow moving, full of name calling, or occasionally agreeable. SHH was never a utopian message board. i don't why some people have kidded themselves into think that it was once.

Okay. I apologize for jumping on you. There has just been a lot of people who like the movie that post things that are very condescending because we don't like it. Like we are idiots, dumb podunks who can't add 2 + 2 because we dont like the movie. So again, I apologize for jumping on you.

I think the whole "gay" thing that has been attached to the movie is very sad. As disappointed as I was in the film, the label is completely undeserved.

I find that it's a constant cycle of complaining about complaining until the end of time and the universe explodes into infinity and beyond.

Superman on these boards has always been a battle field... this is true. you had to be part of the DOSV. The GSAC. INWT, GAM, The IDGAD(I don't give a damn) or whatever, and everyday each gang would fight for dominance over the other until they ruled the board with an iron fist. I've been here for a year or so so I'm not the veteran type, but that's just what I've observed. Triligors will want to do the nazi thing and call me an anti-SR and say how anyone anti-SR is the devil, but scew that. He doesn't know I loved Jason, but felt the rest could have been not so sucky. So be it. I don't care.

I don't think the gay tag had as much effect on adults as it would adolescents and kids. The movie itself didn't help either.

Nah, I think it did affect adults and moreso families.

This country, the USA, is very much....overall, ANTI-gay. And, there was tons of Gay buzz over this film.

And, as stupid as most people are in this country....they wouldn't even watch the movie, but rather take what they see on TV, newspaper headlines as gospel.....and totally avoid the film b/c they deem it "Unsutable for God loving people" or just not something they want to expose they're kids to.

So, they expected Superman to be actually, litearlly gay. As in attracted to men.

And that didn't happen, but just the notion it would....I think it scared alot of people away.
