I think the tag team division is in a temporary lull, but is poised to ramp up again. The Usos are majorly over, which surprises me. Rowan/Harper are finally being treated as a legit tag team, rather than just being two goons who back up Bray Wyatt. The Ascension seems to be ready to break into the main roster.

Rybaxel needs Coulter to manage them in the worst way. If that happens, then kaboom, you've got at least four legit tag teams operating at once.

I think Rybaxel needs a manager but I'm not sure about it being Coulter.

Coulter needs to stick with Swagger and get someone to replace Cesaro.

ROH has announced both Kevin Steen and Frankie Kazarian will compete at the 6/22 Best in the World PPV.

Kazarian will team with his Bad Influence partner Christopher Daniels to face Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly for the ROH Tag Team Titles, and Kevin Steen will face Silas Young. This could end up being one of Steen's final ROH matches as he's expected to be heading to the WWE Performance Center in the near future.

Bad Influence vs reDRagon! I thought they might try to book Steen vs Styles but it's looking like AJ wont be making the card.

- Roman Reigns was said to be more than a little banged up after the Payback match on Sunday and the big main event angle on Monday’s RAW. There’s a feeling that they may at least take it easy on him or possibly give him some time off at this weekend’s live events.

- WWE officials reportedly are not happy with the conditioning of Bo Dallas and feel that his body needs to be “more tone.”

It’s worth noting Bo’s stomach has become a running joke among fans on social media since before he returned to the main roster.

- It’s said that the angle with Seth Rollins turning on The Shield at RAW was officially decided upon on Sunday afternoon before the Payback pay-per-view. The angle was apparently Vince McMahon’s reaction to the low RAW rating the week before.

- It’s said that when The Undertaker has been asked if he’s coming back for WrestleMania 31 after the brutal match at WrestleMania XXX and the other injuries he’s had, he’s said in the last week or two that it’s not looking good. Taker has been back in the gym working out.

- WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan was backstage at RAW in Indianapolis this week. The rehabilitation of his right arm is reportedly going slower than they anticipated.

One person close to Bryan said that not only is he not making gains but he’s actually losing strength in his arm while doing rehab. Bryan’s condition was a hot topic among those in power at RAW.

- We noted before that former WWE Diva Mickie James and TNA star Magnus are currently expecting their first child together. Mickie noted on Twitter that she’s “6 months and counting.”

- With WWE’s NXT Takeover special come and gone, there is still no statistical evidence that NXT on the WWE Network is taking anything away from TNA’s Impact Wrestling. It’s worth noting that you can go on social media on any Thursday and see many fans talking about picking NXT over TNA as they air head to head.

- WWE has made multiple developmental deal offers to Scott Hall’s son Cody Hall. Cody has turned down the offers, saying he wants to make a name for himself on the indies before. We’ve heard more than once that Hall is serious about learning and making a name himself on the indies and internationally before looking at joining WWE.

- We noted before that MVP suffered a knee injury at a May 30th Preston City Wrestling event in the UK. Until he gets MRI results back, it’s still unknown if he will be able to face TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eric Young at Slammiversary next weekend.

MVP appeared at the May 31st events he was booked for overseas and cut a promo as General Manager, apologizing to fans that he couldn’t compete. MVP said x-rays were inconclusive on the extent of the injury and he would need to get an MRI. MVP has been quiet about the injury on Twitter and at TNA has not acknowledged it yet. Chris Masters was on the same tour as MVP and posted a photo of MVP in a wheelchair on June 2nd.

It’s possible TNA already knows an update on his condition and will insert something into tonight’s Impact Wrestling broadcast but TNA could once again face major issues with a match due to taping so many weeks ahead.

- WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair recently spoke with The Niagara Falls Review to promote his appearance at the Niagara Falls Comic Con this weekend. Flair said he expects his daughter, NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte, to be on WWE’s main roster “real soon.” He commented on her getting into wrestling:

“I didn’t encourage her, she just went to Wrestlemania with me. She was making a real nice living running a personal training center. John Laurinaitis saw her and said, ‘Why aren’t you wrestling?’”

Flair talked about The Undertaker’s Streak ending:

“I wanted to see The Streak go on, but I understand. Times change, it is what it is. You saw how quiet the fans got. They weren’t ready for that, so obviously they didn’t foresee that.”

Flair also commented on internet fans who like to tell wrestlers how they can do it better:

“I don’t pay any attention to that. The internet thinks they’re smarter than we are, but they’re not. If you read the internet, it’s like watching Fox News, you don’t know what to believe. They all want to predict what they think will happen, but nobody ever knows for sure. As an example, 42 years in the business and I never thought Daniel Bryan would win that match (at April’s Wrestlemania XXX). I didn’t think he was going to beat Hunter, and I’m attuned to it!”

Even then I think fans would only care because they know Heenan would be nearby rather then making anything interesting happen from Ryback or Axel.

They weren't a team then. They were two singles wrestlers working together to fight a common foe instead of a team. They have a much different dynamic as a group than they were solo.
