Nice. This card is similar to mine except a few things:
I have Cesaro going up against Ishii
Sheamus against Shibata
Big E vs. TAKA
Rusev vs. Naito
Rollins vs. Styles
Orton vs. Nakamura

Yeah, I debated on the match-ups for Cesaro, Sheamus, Rollins & Orton with those same opponents.

I settled on Cesaro vs. Shibata because I feel it'd allow Cesaro to ragdoll Shibata a bit more than Ishii. Plus, Cesaro is capable of mat wrestling with Shibata during a feeling out process. I felt like the straight up brawling style of Ishii complemented Sheamus really well - I'd be a little more wary of the type of match Sheamus might have with Shibata. Either way you match those guys up though I feel it'd be fun.

Opponents for Rollins & Orton was difficult too... when I laid out these cards 3 months ago I had Orton vs. Nakamura. But with Styles in the mix now, I feel that a match between he & Orton would be a better fit. Also, I think Rollins would be able to sell Nakamura's offense a little better.

I don't appreciate them skating around the issue with Rollins. They will not get a pass if this story goers on without an explanation.

From those Smackdown spoilers, it appears that they don't know yet why Rollins turned on his friends.

Here's an idea...on Raw, HHH could've announced that all three members of The Shield would be in the MITB ladder match. Therefore, even though they won against Evolution, they would have to fight each other if they feel that they should be the top guy. Obviously that would bring their old problems to the surface, and the three would split.

Or, as I mentioned before...have HHH promise Rollins a title match against the injured Bryan.

Either way...the turn makes sense because nothing matters more than the title. But the "we aren't telling you why, just deal with it" excuse is just to move past it without bothering to explain it. Maybe they'll eventually give us something, maybe not...but in wrestling no excuse works better than "I want to be world heavyweight champion."

Once Mysterio got REALLY injury prone, Taker became a part timer, and Edge retired I stopped caring. So much so that I barely read the spoilers themselves.

Yeah, that was tops on my list as well. Either that or, wait for it, Orton. Yeah, for some reason I want to see Orton vs Okada. Just something that dawned on me seeing him live last month.

But I HATE Tanahashi! How about Kushida instead? Just because?

Orton has been really good over the last year I think so I could see him vs Okada working pretty well. Not a fan of Tanahashi myself, just put him in because he's their biggest star. Kushida as part of the TimeSplitters would be a great addition, maybe against Cody and Goldy?

I hadn't spoken on the turn yet...I figured I'd sleep on it...then I decided to wait until the Smackdown spoilers to see if they expounded on it. I'm not liking what I am hearing so far.

Your fear was the same as mine. No apparent plan...no apparent direction. This just came off as random...it feels like something done on a whim. Rollins turns the night after their biggest victory?? Ugh!!!

I'm trying to be objective, and not look at this as the Shield mark that I admit I am. They're my favorite faction since the Flair/Tully/Arn/Windham Horsemen. I'm happy that Rollins will be getting a push, as he's my favorite of the three. Still, I felt the group had some more mileage left in it, and I maintain that Reigns isn't ready to be on his own.

So why not just make it a match for the belts? When they defend them, it makes them look stronger. It's like having the championship is pointless.

It *sounds* like Triple H is the one who "turned" Rollins, but it doesn't make sense from a story angle. Rollins has always seemed like the biggest cheerleader of the three. If anything, having Ambrose switch sides would have been far more believable.

I think there will be a big good reason but they are just waiting till next Raw,No big deal to hold it off from smackdown IMO

Watching the newest Countdown episode on the wwe network on the hottest couples and Billy&Chuck are on it lol,The network app on my PS4 has been working way better recently
