Well they did show Jor-El in an old episode a few seasons back and he looked just like Clark (played by Tom Welling) and his voice was nothing like the one from the fortress.

I always thought that the possession of Lionel by Jor'el was the most interesting part of last season, and am sad that they took that aspect of the show away

Lara???? No offence but she died with Jor-El on Krypton. And the only reason Clark can talk to Jor-El is because the fortress is part of Jor-El's memory.

didn't clark talk to Jor-el before the three crystals were united, and before the FOS existed? i think the answer to that question is "yes."

Yeah me too. That's what I've been saying all along. Expose Stamp as The Eradicator and show us the real Jor-El played by Cain.
Teri may not have the time to do a whole show but it would be neat if she could do just a cameo. I'm sure it could be worked out between both parties.

Nothing against Dean Cain, but I think he would be terrible choice as Jor-El. The part requires an actor with a great presence. Cain would just be way out of his league for what the role would require.

Gough and Millar had it right the first time when they cast the great Terence Stamp to voice the role. Not only an incredible actor but talk about the ultimate role reversal. If we ever see Jor-El on the show, anything less than having Stamp play him, will be downright disappointing for me.

Oh, and the chances of Jor-El really being the Eradicator on Smallville are about the same as Chloe Sullivan turning out to be the real Lois Lane.

To be honest I do miss Jor-El's voice. I hope we hear it soon and not have to wait for a season finally or something.
