Seriously, How many times can Jor-El take Clark's powers away? I mean if you want to teach him a lesson. Don't put him in a position of vulnerability. :cwink:

if Jor-El is trying to teach Clark to appreciate his powers and use them to help the world, then I think putting him in a position where he is not only vulnerable but also unable to save his loved ones is a good way to go about it. it shows Clark what he could lose if he doesn't take responsibility.

It seemed more in reference to any time Jor-El has taken Clark's powers...

He doesnt take them from Clark in 'Odessey' either...the orb strips him of them...
