Homecoming Will we see the black suit in asm3?

So with all the comparison to the rami spider man if they have spider man in the black suit we will get even more has sm3 had the black suite so do you think we will get the black suit or not?

It depends on how it'll play out. Maybe in the climax where we see spiderman fighting the 6 in oscorp where he comes in contact with the life form then cue TASM 4........however the venom spin-off is suppose to come in 2017 so unless Sony post phones that's vie and hire a new director and writers who are known to have above average talent then maybe we'll see Peter come in contact with the life form

yeah, you're probably right. i've seen a few articles on a few websites that not many people go to and most of the news haven't been into sources like screen rant, CBM, ign, badassdigest, etc.

it would be a dumb move if the movie did take place before TASM 3. i'd rather have it after TASM 3.

Honestly I'd like to see the black suit done again but done in a less goofy way and while I think they could do it if they toned down the black suit role so it doesn't feel like a copy of SM3

But Sadly there will be 2 reactions from using the black suit again and that's some fans wanting to see the black suit again and will be angry if they don't see it and some fans saying how it sucked in SM3 and how this film is just copying the Raimi film

It's gonna be Sony whose gonna have to decide do they hide from it or do they attempt to do it again, and looking at the recent track record I think they will hide from it tbh

I saw nearly half of SM2 last night, and there's even a few minor details here and there that you could argue might have been copied.

There's even a laundry scene in SM2, where Peter takes out his clothes and it's all red and blue.

Not comparing the two based on my opinion; that's just a fact.

that's what i was thinking too. sometimes fan reactions annoy me to no end which is what made spiderman 3 into a mess. i really would love it if they just toned down the suit and keep it as a secret or just a rumor until they just reveal it maybe in the climax of the sinister six or something.

Yeah but there is nothing to suggest the writers did copy the laundry scene, it's not exactly unbelievable to think they could have just thought up a similar idea, but because it's similar obviously it will be compared to it

Again, I loved TASM2 but at the same time if I were them, I would make sure to avoid details like that in every film.

I didn't mean to sound like I think using the black suit would be copying SM3. That's going to be used many times as long as Spidey is around. No one particular series or team of producers deserves to have a right over that suit.

Exactly. I feel like they either need to "complete" (whatever that means) this series first by finishing and releasing TASM3, and then they can do what they will with Venom and what not.

Yeah but we need to see Spider-Man wear the black suit before it bonds with Eddie Brock there's a reason why the character is called Venom

We'll not really, the black suit could be used for Peter in many different kinda ways or reasons

Sadly it will have to stay clear of being like Raimis film which would probably mean toning the black suit aspect of the story down in some way since you don't want another whole story about Peter being possessed by the suit

In the comics the black suits functions as just a high tech suit.

In the cartoons it becomes this suit that turns Peter all evil. I don't think we need to see either story right now.

Harry essentially functions as your Dark Peter.
