I found NU52 a great point to drop DC
Then I read Flash, and I got hooked to his series

Everyone else felt unlikable in Justice League War, the only other character I like in that movie is Cyborg
Glad I don't care enough to try any of the rest

Who is that monster? Is that Scarecrow? Can he still change to his psycho monster form in NU52?

Dr. Death. The current Batman book is going through an event called Zero Year which is a retelling of Batman's origin.

Dr. Death was the first foe Bill Finger and Bob Kane had go up against Batman.
Scott Snyder & Greg Capullo have him, Riddler, and the Red Hood in this story and it's so far only 2/3 done.

Did anyone see where the Fantastic Four movie from Josh Trank might be scrapped? I hope it's not true, but Bleeding Cool seems awfully confident about it. I'm not the biggest F4 fan, but I do like them. And I really like Chronicle. So I was hoping to see a movie about them sooner rather than later. :/

I saw that article, and I just don't buy it. I won't believe it until I actually get a confirmation from the studio or a more reliable source.

We'll see what Trank himself says. He usually dispels these kinds of rumors through twitter. Nothing from him yet, though.

We should hopefully get a confirmation by next week. I'm actually really looking forward to this film despite the odd casting choices. I tried having nice discussions on the FF board, but people are pretty irrational there. One person said that it doesn't make sense to have a black human torch because black people have their own way of speaking due to a different cultural history.

I really hate stereotypes.

'Their own way of speaking'... What? THAT'S their reason for it to not make sense? I mean, I would prefer Johnny to be white. But I think MBJ could do a good job in the role.

And believe it or not, it was a moderator who said that.

Yup, I saw all 23 official Bond films. I've also seen the three unofficial Bond films. :)

High five! Today I became a Bond completetionist. Oh, and I'm not even bothering with the unofficial stuff. Never Say Never Again is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Connery didn't even help.

What's your top 10?

I actually would recommend checking out Casino Royale from the 1950s. But anyways, my top 10 Bond list:

1. Casino Royale
2. Goldfinger
3. From Russia with Love
4. Skyfall
5. GoldenEye
6. You Only Live Twice
7. Thunderball
8. The Living Daylights
9. The Spy Who Loved Me
10. Dr. No

It's not set in stone and it tends to change here and there, but this is basically the gist of my top Bond films. Hbu?

Mine isn't completely set in stone either, but here we go.

1. From Russia With Love
2. Goldfinger
3. Skyfall
4. GoldenEye
5. Casino Royale
6. Dr. No
7. Thunderball
8. On Her Majesty's Secret Service
9. The Living Daylights
10. License to Kill

As you can tell, there's not a single Roger Moore film here. I wasn't a big fan of his movies, as I only liked 3. When his movies were bad, they WERE bad.

I don't care for the new F4. If it got scrapped then that's cool, maybe Marvel can get it so we can get some Galactus awesomeness. Hell, Dr. Doom would be badass as well. I don't even care about the F4 themselves.

I think MBJ has the cocky arrogance to be a good Storm. They shoulda made Sue black as well. Oh, and I think MBJ got Teller in on the Mr. F role because they are friends.

I'd love to see the new :ff: movie, although I don't give them much attention as characters
The previous two movies are fun, and Chris Evan is excellent as the Human Torch, although he makes a better Captain America, I will always remember him as the Human Torch

Now Michael B Jordan is an interesting choice, I still prefer a Caucasian person to play a mainstream Caucasian character, but if he can be so much fun in the role and have enough charm in his presence then I won't give him any criticism

Too far fetched to ask for a Christopher Nolan directed Bond film starring either Tom hardy or Michael Fassbender? :awesome:
He's a Connery fan
Check his signature, one of Connery's greatest quotes, from The Rock

I found impossible to do a top 10 list of James Bond movies, but I'm pretty sure Roger Moore wouldn't be in it.

Don't have any plan to watch any of the rest

GoldenEye is my number 1 - especially that it brings me back to the days of playing it on the N64 with my friends screaming 'no Oddjob!!' (Oddjob was a playable character in the death match mode and his small size made it difficult to target him as he ran around your feet blasting you to death)

I got what Roger Moore's movies were going for, a more comedic approach, but they just weren't very good. He was a good Bond though.

Which ones have you seen? I really recommend you check out Casino Royale and Skyfall. At least Skyfall. Oh, and GoldenEye too. :yay:

GoldenEye was awesome. The only Brosnan movie that's worth it. It's a shame because I thought he was a great Bond.

The Man with the Golden Gun
The Spy who Loved me
Dr. No
From Russia with Love
Goldfinger James Bond
Diamonds Are Forever
Never Say Never Again

And that is enough Bond for me
