I'm just saying that you don't KNOW her intent was to kill the cat.
I'm not saying that she intended to kill the cat, what I'm saying is that she stuck the cat in a bin, while knowing what type of bin it was and what happens to those kind of bins. She probably thought it would be found and it would be aalright, but didn't give a s*** either way if it didn't. Hence her later statement 'It was only a cat.'
No, I'm not psychic, but anyone who takes the time to very conciously entice the cat towards them, while all the time thinking 'I'm going to stick that sucker int that wheelie bin.' is canny enough to know what type of bin they are sticking it into. She just didn't give a f***.
edit: when i first saw the footage i did not click rightaway with the possible consequences, but i would say that someone who stood there enticing the cat with that kind of pre-meditation would be very concious of what kind of bin she was putting it into.
