There seems to be more to this story than them firing her for being too god looking. I'm very liberal when it comes to dress codes, hell I don't even believe in them as long as someone has clothes on. Regardless of what I think though, there are dress codes that people have to adhere to in the professional world. I don't like it, but those are rules that you can't change while working your way up the corporate ladder.
Also, her saying they complained that she didn't wear makeup is just ********. I love women that don't wear makeup, but I know damn well that women wearing makeup in the workplace is part of an unspoken dress code. It's like unbuttoning your top collar at work. You can get away with it if you have a lax boss, but most strict people are going to get on you for not dressing up properly. She has something going about her keeping her hair curly though. That's something discriminatory for a Latin woman. Their hair doesn't grow straight, so asking her not to wear her hair naturally is just bogus.
