Snyder would rock. I can only imagine how ****ing awesome is Themyscira would be.

I have a request to add to the poll: Shekhar Kapur
He directed The Bandit Queen, Elizabeth, and Elizabeth: The Golden Age
he was approached to do Superman Returns and I think he deserves a spot on the poll if you dont mind

But out of the poll I vote Joss Whedon (even though he seems unlikely)

For me this is my order

1) Guillermo Del Toro- He's way too booked, though unfortunately

2) Len Wiseman- Has already showed he has an eye for action, and created a successful Female lead franchise in Underworld, and does well with Mythology. he's who i'm hoping for with the project

3) JJ Abrams- This guy has done Felicity and Alias and knows female characters as well as finds beautiful talented unknowns. Did you ever hear of Garner or Russell before their series? He could do the same for WW. And he has a fresh take that pleases old fans and new on Trek, and WW could use a re-invigoration like that IMO

4) Alfonso Cuaron - Since JMC mentioned it, I've just thought Hmmmm.

5) Kimberly Peirce -She's done boy's Don't Cry, and Stop-Loss, and I feel she could put an interesting political spin on it. Politics plus high fantasy is WW and I'd like to see what she could do.

6) Zack Snyder-Just hand him Gods and Mortals, and we'd watch it come to life :D

Who did you want to vote for? I'll fix it :)

added Cuaron and Columbus to the poll :)

Im still preachin' Louis Leterrier (Transporter 2, Incredible Hulk, Clash of the Titans) as a potential director.

My all-time #1 choice would be Snyder but i find him to be an unlikely choice because he tends to gravitaite towards more adult material.

Alfonso Cuaron is my favorite director, so I would love him on a DC film.

That's partially why I think he'd make a good WW director. He's not afraid to shy away from the controversial aspects of the mythos.

What about Robert Zemeckis?

Could someone please spell George Millers name correctly and maybe add some movies next to the last three directors.

^Is that an April fools Joke?

Ridley Scott is better than all those directors listed.
he would probaly cast Russel Crowe in some role....good actor but doesnt need to be in everything

Scott has made some good films but i cant see him directing WW

I can't narrow it down to only one director, there are a handful I think could easily do the job. James Cameron would certainly be awesome especially since he knows how to do strong & tough female leads (Sarah Connor, Ripley) and can do action, but the likelihood of him is zero. :(

LOBO, No...Lexi Alexander directed the best Punisher film with...Punisher War Zone...which is to me...The Best Film Of 2008, and I think that she would knock Wonder Woman out of the park.

Dude april fools is over, lol. Good one

What about Robert Zemeckis?

He'd be tops in my opinion. I know everyone wants live action (including myself) but I'd be down for Zemekis giving Wonder Woman the Beowulf treatment.

Zack Snyder would probably make a mind blowing WW film.

I voted for him.
