"Boot to the Head" - stolen from "Ti Kwan Leep, Boot to the Head" (a song / comedy skit). My fellow programmer and I use it whenever we think someone has done something really stupid or made a request for a software change that makes no sense.

"Good Morning" - usually that's a matter of opinion. I've also said it in the afternoon. I've said it when it's been storming outside.

You just got into a huge fight with your girlfriend and you find out your brother tried to kill himself a few days ago from your barely comprehensible drunken mother, and at work the next day some chipper f***-stick walks in looking like Katie Couric and says "GOOD MORNING!!!"
