Worst Digital Character of all Time.

The alpha zombies looked like a bad video game effect in I am Legend and destroyed what started out as a good film for me.

Jar Jar was a lousy character and his dialogue seemed off cue but visually they did a good job. I liked the other gungans and even they were annoyed by Jar Jar.

the scorpion king CGI in close up is bad. when in the 80's they showed fake puppets in close up..............it was not bad?

Man the scorpion king did look bad. The alpha zombie/vamp trash from I am Legend was pretty damn bad too. The worst part about that was that they had 6 years to improve the tech and really didn't.
Jar Jar was a horrendous pile of over acted and under written racist crap, but his animation quality was at least passable.
Neytiri from Avatar was beautifully rendered, but also one of the most iritating characters I've seen in years.
Its tough to choose a worst, because so many characters deserve it for different reasons.

irritating attitude, I hated her voice and just got sick of seeing her after a while. She was a *****. While she wasn't monstrously ugly like some of her tribe, she really grated on me.

Jar Jar Binks and the Scorpion King are the worst in my opinion.
Jar Jar for reasons that everyone shares, and the Scorpion King because of his abysmal effects and his stupid character (he makes animal grunts and groans. They sound ridiculous coming from the face of The Rock).
