I voted other - my 'other' being Star Wars Revenge of the Sith, the threequel of the prequels! It was, for me, an appalling piece of poop that makes X3 look like an Oscar-gathering combo of The Godfather, Titanic and Schindler's List.
I was amazed in the cinema at how bad Sith was. I thought maybe I was having a bad day when i then saw its box office takings and heard some kids at work raving about it, so i bought the DVD when it was cheap and thought I'd give it another chance. I hated it just as much, if not more, screamed out loud at the film several times, sought therapy for my distress and immediately sold the DVD on Amazon's marketplace. Rarely have I seen such appalling moviemaking.
While the third X-movie is disappointing and flawed in some regards, even for those who enjoyed it, we all knew X3 had a different director and creative team and we all know Fox has a tendency to cut movies down to 90-minute 'cliff notes' versions, so I was not angry or upset. A different director and creative team are never going to slavishly follow the style and tone of what was done before, especially when you have total opposites like Singer and Ratner.
I also hated the third Jurassic Park movie and was making wishes throughout the movie for a dinosaur to devour the excruciatingly irritating Tea Leone.
