I don't mind papa john's being that there's one down the street from me, but there's something about the sauce they use, like something weird tasting about it. And is it me or do they use breakfast sausage instead of Italian, that is if it's not the spicy Italian?
I think they just have Italian sausage and hamburger.

Not sure, I haven't had Papa John's in a long time.

I'm a Chicago boy too... was that Papa John's located around Archer and Central?... if so, then we both had that weird-tasting pizza from the same place...

I actually haven't had little Caesars since I was a child (I didn't even realize it was still around until I started seeing commercials for it about a year ago) so I can't comment on it. Pizza Hut I've eaten once in the past two or three year and I remember it being really bland. I actually like papa johns. It's real pizza but I enjoy it for what it is. However, dominos is cardboard soaked in garlic sauce. Blech. But still it could be worse, it could be old forge pizza :o

Pizza Hut tastes like melted plastic on a cardboard box dipped in a bucket of grease. papa Johns has no flavor. I don't like the sauce they use at dominos . Also can't remember what. Ceasers tasted like. I don't like any of these places

I love Pizza Hut, the way the melted cheese and grease drips down my chin and onto my chest.

They are all pretty bad pizzas...

Nothing beats a home made pizza with your own fresh ingredients, freshly picked basil leaf and freshly picked tomato from a freshly pampered garden bed. :O

Freshly.

Have you seen Little Caesar's pizza after you've let it sit for a day?

The Walking Dead all over the place.

Nah, this is a different one near my place, unless they all use the same recipes.

There was a Sbarro's in the mall next to my college and they weren't bad but that was years ago so they may have changed, plus you couldn't beat $2 a slice.

Also, maybe I read wrong, I thought Sbarro's went out of business.

then Papa John's MUST be using the same recipe to achieve that weird taste, it sounds like... as for Sbarro's, if I'm not mistaken, I could have sworn that they have a place here at the Ford City mall food court...

I don't know why, but I was a bit bored so I googled "old forge" and found this article written by someone who had been there and this opening just made me laugh (and will probably incite you to rage): "When we think of the best places for pizza, our thoughts normally drift to New York or Italy. But the town of Old Forge, Pennsylvania claims to be the "Pizza Capital of the World."

That's right, guys. A small mining town in the sticks of Pennsylvania does it better than New York and even Italy itself.

Little Caesar's is the worst listed, in my hometown. Every time our kids go to a pizza party, they have LC. And they hardly use any sauce, so it is a dried out pizza. And when they make a bunch, some of them get burned. I did have some little Caesar's on the coast recently that had a good amount of sauce on it and it was edible.

Sbarro's - last one I ate at was in the Charlotte airport. People were ordering pastas, the noodles were floating in water, and the servers were dumping loads of water on the plates with the noodles. I ordered the salad and a slice, the pizza was dried out and the salad had a lot of extra water on the lettuce. Dry and wet. Guess it balanced out?

I wish I had enough pizza choices to disparage Papa Johns and Pizza Hut.

It pizza made with American cheese and undercooked dough, it s disgusting and the town that invented it should be leveled. :o

Sbarro was the most greasy pizza I've ever tried. There was one in the food court at a local mall.

I thought Sbarro went out of business a year ago or at least they downsized tremendously.

Sbarro is far from the worst pizza y'all have ever tasted. And plus, I'm not from NY or even the east coast, so shove it! :argh::o
