High school only sucks when you are in high school. After a few years in the real world you begin to realize how easy high school really was.

This just happened to me yesterday because they were warning me about the about the eight days absences.

One thing that comes to mind was Elitism, among teachers and a bunch of kids who were of a certain "group". They would cause trouble and the school would brush it by because of the their parents. I would see these brats get scholarships easy while others (includ. my late sister) that actually worked their butts off for, get brushed aside. I rember one bastard of a teacher that assumed my sister of being of that elitist group, because of our last name and how she looked. When he found out that she wasn't he treated her like crap, not giving her the marks she rightly deserved and being an all around unprofessional jerk.

The worst thing about High School is Popularity Contests, and crap like that. I graduated 7 years ago, and Crap like "SHH Smartest Posters Forum" is just popularity contest I thought I left behind in HS. Nope.

sadly it well within the law its national policy it come under the separated gym classes thing but yeah if any student is known to be gay at school the are automatically stopped from doing gym and they are requested no to attend the prom by the headmaster for the benefit of the other students

I know most of the members on this forum board is in high school. I'm in high school right now and I'm a junior. It's tough being in high school right now because everyone wants to act cool just to fit in. Teenagers are acting to much like adults in a boyfriend/girlfriend situation sort of way. Seniors are making fun of Freshmen because they are new to the school; did Seniors had have the same experience when they were freshmen? They have instigators around school who changes friends into enemies. They have friends who break their friendships because of something stupid. They're racism surrounding the school property that can escalate into a big miscommunication because of one racist black/white/hispanic student starts. Were racist raised by racist or born racist? What's the worse thing about being in high school? The worse thing about being in high school in my opinion is being immature. Immaturity is judging people before you know them or re phrase it like this "don't judge a book by it's cover". Immaturity is not being honest with your friends or relatives. What is the worst thing about being high school. What's on your mind when your thinking about what the student did to the other student while your in the middle of it. Or when a student makes fun of another student. If i had a wish, i would wish that everyone can just can along with each other and don't worrying about little things like aggravates you.

I liked high school, but i think thats because i got a long with pretty much everyone, im a pretty laid back guy. the only complaint i could think of, other than the actual school work would have to be the unecessary drama, although i was never really caught up into it myself, all my friends were. Drama over stupid stuff that doesnt even matter is a shame.

What the Hell. In my school the Gay and Lesbian kids where allowed to do PE and go to Prom.
