more than likely they are signed on for 3 films but i don't think Ben's age will be a problem since he is supposed to be an older Batman.

Well for Man of Steel, Cavill signed a contract for 3 films, as is WB's standard contract, so I expect Ben did the same.

We are talking about a character named "Robin..." :cwink:

1. His name is Dick. You don't get much more manly without going overboard.

stop with all this low-tier posting.

Well played. I'm actually a big fan of Ezra's because of his work in "Perks of Being a Wallflower." I haven't noticed him in anything else, but the one movie I did see him in he was very good.

There was a TT film in development years ago. Of course, BB was an influence. So, "darker" and "realistic". Heh.

Also, with the New 52, we don't know how much WB would want corporate synergy to take place and whatever effect that may have on future DC-related films.

How much did the new 52 have on MOS?
Costume maybe?

Wasn't MOS is play before the New 52? Plus, WB would let Nolan do whatever he wanted.

Seeing as how focus on the animated side of things have shifted towards the New 52, it's possible WB may feel the same way about the live-action side of things. Thus, maybe Dick has nothing to do with TT and perhaps Tim will (if they ever introduce him). Similar with Cyborg in the JL.

They could be going with the classic-er versions of the characters.

Please Zeus, not Lobdell's Teen Titans !!! Anything but this ! I'd love to see a New 52 Wonder Woman on film but damn, not Lobdell's Titans.

Adam Driver...for Dick Grayson?! Christ, I hope not. That is one strange looking cat.

That's possible too. We'll just have to wait and see if they even make TT and what version of it.

Gosh, I hope not.

I really wonder why WB are even considering him. Why don't they go with Kevin Zegers, He's more Grayson-esque, and also younger than Driver.

WB = the studio of strange casting choices

If you cover up his ears (do it, put your fingers on the monitor and cover his ears) he's not that bad.

I mean... if they did give him the role, I'm sure he'd be bulking up... so... I don't think it's the worst choice.

I'd love to see Adam Driver in the role of some Apocalypse character.
just saying.

It may seem a bit of an odd choice, but for some reason I can kind of see Ezra Miller filling in this role. He possesses good acting chops and definitely a bit of angst and darkness (which will come in handy if in fact Grayson and Wayne are on non-speaking terms in the film and Dick has come into his own as Nightwing).

A bit of bulking up for sure, but I can dig it.

I'd still hope that adam driver gets in one of these films. perhaps they rework the timeline on film, and have jason as the first robin, who still ends up being red hood, while grayson comes after. so instead of domino mask, he gets the red hood helmet thingy, and people won't over do it disrespecting his looks.

maybe luthor hires him instead of deathstroke to take down the bat (you expand further on that in a batfilm) you can still have grayson(miller) in it, but i don't think the heart of most of the supes stans could take that.

It would be interesting imo. Then we will finally see Todd in live action.
But you know what, fans will rage and go completely crazy.
For them, nothing can be changed from the comics.

Ben Affleck, and then Adam Driver

Adam driver hasn't been cast. and i don't think ben is strange at all. he's got the look obviously, and while he's not as good an actor, as say kilmer or bale (which i mean, c'mon few are) he's not close to being the worst possible choice. he'd literally have to be tommy wiseau to **** this up.

At the end of the SupesvBatman film, maybe Batman returns to Wayne Manor (Maybe to the Batcave but you barely see any of it) Dick is there waiting for him says he took care of things in Gotham while Bats was away/looked into that assignment he asked him too. This could then suggest either one of Batmans supervillains (like the end of Batman Begins ) or another superhero (maybe has a picture of a red blur, but you can sort of make out a human form).
This sets up the next batman film, something for the fans who want to see Robin/Nightwing and it doesn't get in the way of the main story of the film or fills the film with too much Batman stuff since its the end of the film.
