Barry changed history back to his younger timeline by saving his mother, so if that affected the "Arrow" timeline too...?
Since we have never been introduced to Batman/Wayne family (aside from lose references, like the phone auto dial on Earth2), Barry would have no reason to seek out Batmans help in restoring a timeline that never was, so might they use the (Green) Arrow in place of the Batman character, and have Barry try to seek out Oliver Queen, only to find it's his father (is it Robert Queen?) under the cowl/hood? And convince his father that his son (presumably dead) is / was alive in his alternate changed reality. So Queen Sr. would/could help Barry to restore his son's life?
