With the exception of Ka-Zar, that's a lot of metal being swung around. (is this the new heroes for hire? Wasn't paying attention to the news of that one... )

Even if it's a writer I like, I'd have to buy in to the concept and why those five are together. Even if the pitch was good (it'd really have to be something extraordinary for me to pick up this book... mind you) I'd still think twice.

Agreed. I'd like an ongoing League of Losers ongoing.

Ka-Zar and Black Knight are the only guys I really like on that team, and the former is just barely. Unless the story/art was exceptional...no, I probably wouldn't.

I'd read this comic for the Black Knight. I have a very simple system for the Black Knight: if you put the Black Knight in a comic book, I will purchase it.

That said, Nighthawk and Deathlok are kind of cool, too. Never been much of a fan of Ka-Zar or Misty Knight, though.

I'd read that. Dr. Strange, Thor, Wasp, and Cap are all among my favorite characters. The Invisible Woman's cool. I'm sure that with all of those others around, I could probably stomach Sabretooth or Wolverine, as well.

Who would you have as the Artistic team and writer? Me I'd want either Lee, Booth, Or Benes. As for writers, I'm embaressed to say that I don't know that many comic writers. But for me it would have to be some one who is able to weave a good plot story, but also be able to write humor well also.

I'd go for Gail Simone or Brad Meltzer, with Jim Lee or Steve McNiven on pencils.

How about a name for the team? me I'd like to bring back an old one like the Champions or the Defenders.

Those of you who have just found this, jump in any time with your creative team along with the team name.

Not the Defenders. The Defenders are Dr. Strange, the Silver Surfer, Namor, the Hulk, Nighthawk, and Valkyrie, at the very least.

Yeah, I would avoid either the Defenders or Champions name, although the latter would fit better than Defenders.

All right I'm going to throw a monkey wrench in this and take out Doctor strange and Wasp and add Wonderman and the Beast.

Oh I'm not finished yet, now then let's do something drastic to them. For instance, lets say Doom and Apocolypse teamed up and fought the Avengers, the F.F. and the X-Men. And after an intense battle, those six dazed from battle. Are attacked with the combined powers of Apocolypse mutant powers and Dooms technilogical and mystical powers, At Caps bidding a dazed Sue throws up a forcefield to protect them. And with a blinding llight the six disappear, and every one assumes they've died.

Now let's say a five years pass, now during that five years. Things have to change, for instance Reed Meets and marries another woman. For the sake of shock value I'll make it Psylocke, and she's pregnant with their first child and yes she has officially adopted Frank and Val as her own. Now during the memorial service in a blinding flash of light they returned. But as teenagers! But they have no memory of their previous life, that would mean Susan has no memory of her life with Reed or her children.

Of course everyone is shocked at their return. So naturally Reed has to varify that they're real, so he takes them to the Baxter building to run some tests. During this time, a commotion accurs while Reed along with Charles Xavier Betsy and Iron Man are discussing weather or not to allow the six out of the building which by the way they've been cooped up in for weeks. The four rush out to discover that a General and two aids arived to reclaim the shield and uniform and name Captain America from Steve, when they enter the room they see Simon holding two aids against the wall while Thor is holding the General up side down.

After a Betsy takes the six out of the room a debate is going on about the reclaiming of the name Captain America, Stave settles it when he returns holding his shield with the uniform folded neatly inside. Steve gives up the name and uniform, and asks the aid to take care of it because it means alot to the American people and leaves the room. The General throws teh uniform back at Reed a and tells him that if the government catches him wearing the uniform or using the name Captain America, he will be thrown in the stockade. Okay after this Betsy takes the six out to the mall to buy them new clothes, which Susan and Jan loves; but the guys dread it. Hold on we're almost at the end!

After a few hours of shopping, the guys after deciding to wait for the girls and Betsy outside of a maternity store. Decided to do what they loved, and that's playing video games. Okay the girls come out and after finding the guys gone hunts them down, entering the arcade they find Steve playing some combat game against Vic or Logan; Simon and Hank singing kareoke too Toby Kieths and Willie Nelsons song "Whiskey ForMy Men And Beer For My Horses; and Thor dancing on one of those dancing machines (Sorry I don't recollect the name of such a game.) While they're out, the three remaining heroes have to decide what to do with them. so it's decide that they should return to school.

Now the question is, should they go to a public school and live in a place like the old Avengers mansion with Jarvis looking after them? Or go to Xaviers? You decide, and give the six a team name as well. Along with a new name for Steve if you wish to.
