Wow, just came back from the show. It was incredible! A couple of duds, but man, the good matches were GREAT. It was a hot opener with Punk and Orton, Punk showing his wonderfully sadistic side as usual with all the little things, like slapping Orton in the face after that knee against the turnbuckle. I was scared for a second that a punt would happen and we wouldn't see Punk for a long while (what with this contract harumph going on), but thankfully I was wrong.

In what I thought was second best match of the night, the once Dashing Cody Rhodes really showed he can hang in there with the best of them. His promos are out of this world, on a freaking Mankind level, and tonight's match with Rey just propelled him forward. That Boston Crab on the guard rail up the steps was one of my favorite spots of the night. It also helped that they fought literally TWO feet away from us, twice. I was at the floor, just before they went up the stairs and the same time when they came back down the steps and Cody threw the trash can. Great stuff.

And of course...Christian winning. What can I say? Those were real tears being shed by those two in that ring, and I was a part of it. Match of the night.

The last match was meh. Some good spots, but Cena won which sort of ruined it. But after they went off the air, I could see Cena mouth to the camera man 'can I say it?' Then he ran towards the announce table, stood on top, and grabbed the mike. He told us how winning tonight was amazing, but something even better had happened today, and then he announced that we had captured bin Laden. That was a truly amazing moment. I couldn't believe it. The whole crowd started shouting USA! USA! It was buzzing. Phenomenal.

You were there? Man, despite my frustrations with Cena winning the title, I bet it was a fun PPV to be at live. There were some really exciting matches.

And you know what? Hearing about Cena's announcement after the show went off the air, and your arena busting out a USA chant, makes it worth it to see Cena have another reign.

Glad you had fun.

Thanks man. And I agree, seeing Cena win sort of sucked, but with that announcement, it just worked perfectly for the night. So...I sort of didn't mind it so much after a second.:word:

Cena won the title so he can drop it to Del Rio. Makes sense.

Ya'll do know Cena had to win eventually right. Miz can't be champion forever. Hell Cena hasn't been in the title picture in ten months.

Obviously not"forever"(not sure why you would exaggerate like that),But even though 5 months is still pretty decent.....Miz could have gone for an extra month or so!!

Cena may not have been WWE champ for ten months,But he was still in the title&ME scene for those ten months!!

The thing that makes me mad isn't THAT Cena won it - I knew it was going to happen - but WHEN he won it.

Miz could have kept it, dropped it later, and spared us a year long Cena title reign while Cena builds up to a title match with The Rock at WrestleMania, and inevitably wins, retains, and keeps the belt even longer.

Only way this Cena title reign is worth it is if Rock wins the title at WrestleMania and comes back.

 To anyone thinking that Cena will hold the title til WM next year and face The Rock for the title.

Lol agreed. Cena will either drop the belt to Del Rio or R-truth. Or hopefully Punk, doubtful.

I Hope Christian can hold on to the WHC until at least Survivor Series.

I'm about as sick of Cena as anyone, but him winning the title isn't so bad since it's happened so often by now. I just wish that the booked Miz stronger than they did. With Orton going to Smackdown and in a feud with Punk, I figured that they wouldn't let the title change hands to anyone on the Raw roster but Cena. Hopefully Del Rio wins since he's been booked toward it for a while now. There is Ziggler too. He's really come up recently. Same thing with R. Truth, but I'm so cynical when it comes to black guys in the WWE that I give him...no chance*guitar riffs* NO CHANCE IN HELL!

Christian: the eleventh, and potentially, the final Grand Slam Champion. Well-deserved.

I gotta say, I loved Kharma's debut. The theme music, the slow walk, her expression, the finisher, the commentary.....it all combined into something really special. It's not an exagerration to say that it is one of the best debuts I've seen in years.

I just pray that McCool doesn't get to be the one who finally defeats Kharma. If anything was wrong about last night it was McCool's attempts at looking scared, I thought she was trying not to laugh!

Looks like Jericho has announced more Fozzy tour dates overseas,so those expecting him back soon will have to wait much longer.

I haven't been as into a WWE match as I was for Christian/Alberto Del Rio, in probably around 5 or 6 years. I didn't read any spoilers or anything, so when he got Christian stuck in-between the ladder, I was legitimately freaking out. Truly remarkable. I couldn't be happier for Christian. He's waited to long to be World Champion. This will go down as one of the greatest moments in WWE history to me.

Why would he be the final? You think WWE is gonna fold soon?

In order to become a Grand Slam Champion you need the European Title under your accomplishments and not to many people have that in the WWE anymore. Regal is the only guy under contract I think that is still eligible.

Imagine that: the most significant event in the world for the past 9 years, and about 20,000 people heard it from John Cena first. :)
